Every time they talk to me, all I get are excuses for why they are not at fault when it is clear it was their installers who did a poor job. I am suing them. The installers did not replace the metal support straps that hold the ductwork and junction box attached to the floor joists, and it all fell down onto the ground, after it had been in place with no problems for over 25 years. All because they did not replace the metal support brackets.

I'm not so happy with the fact that the entire house is done in retrofit LED units (which should have been noted when Jason came out to do the estimate). The units sent for the job were bulb-type units, not retrofits, so they did not match the rest of the house. I had to order and install my own retrofit LEDs so they matched the rest of the house and garage. I'll probably use them again, but I'll pay closer attention to the details on the estimate.
