The middle school side has teachers that are not even trying. They hate kids generally speaking…read more There is not enough eating area during lunch, so my kid often skips lunches because there is nowhere to eat. If you are not in a big group you don't get to seat at the table. All other areas like walls are taken over also. I bet teachers have plenty of room in their cozy lunch room. When kids need help teachers are not even willing to answer e-mails back. English teacher Mrs. Velez doesn't grade all the work, so grades are lower than they would if all the work would be graded. Teachers like Dubel and Amon are friends so they spend literally half of the time talking to each other, going to each other classrooms, leaving the kids alone playing computer games or do nothing. Some teachers simply don't explain material well. Do I need to say more? It's endless.

My math grade has soared as a result of his teaching and because of him, I am able to fully understand the course content. Mr. Alemansour has helped me with Geometry, Algebra, and Statistics. He was a master of all. He is an attentive teacher who is reliable and flexible with scheduling. Most importantly, he is an incredible teacher.

The tutors are top notch - both experienced, professional. Reza is awesome, he has paired me with tutors and is flexible and totally receptive to our needs and schedule changes. He gives you bios of tutors and you get to select your tutor and for any reason if it doesn't work out, you can change to another tutor. So far, I have only received the best tutors and never had any issue except for some minor scheduling issues that came up on my end and Reza resolved right away. It is nice to have a tutoring company that truly cares about each student and not just about collecting your money. The payment policy is also great because you get a discount for prepaid packages and if for any reason you need to cancel, you get your money back for the unused credits. I went to a bunch of other tutoring centers that charged much more and they had strict policies of buying prepaid and non refundable packages. I felt uncomfortable taking the risk of buying a huge package and not knowing if I liked the place. Also, with tutor genius the tutors come to your home which saves me the drive. They have not raised their prices on the tutoring costs for our two kids in the last two years. We are super grateful for the discounts they've provided us to help keep the cost down for the both of our high schoolers. 2. We originally needed some Algebra 1 help for our older daughter, but we've been providing our kids with all kinds of help. Both of our kids have had straight A's in their math classes for the last three years!!! We've also been using their English tutors, and Marco has been super awesome for English. 3. Our kids' grades have been monitored by STEM Tutors on a weekly basis, and anything something comes up, they let us know right away so that our kids never fall behind. 4.
