This is one of the first LA's I've been to that doesn't have adjustable benches in the dumbbell section. You're limited to 3-4 flat benches & maybe 3 inclines. The receptionist told her that nobody was available. She left her name and number for a MANAGER to call her back. Someone called her back an hour or so later - it was not a manager. By this time she could not return to the club to sign up and asked if they would honor the holiday weekend pricing if she came in the next day. She was told no but she could sign up over the phone. My wife informed them that she could not read the contract over the phone. They basically said "too bad." Bottom line, she did not join. The customer service there is awful. Had my wife been treated with some respect she would have signed up. It's a shame because the price was decent and the amenities (including a pool) seem to be pretty good, though reading some of the other reviews, I'm beginning to think this was a blessing in disguise.
