Despite making this request multiple times, this is now the second time we have arrived for class only to discover that her instructor was off, with absolutely no advance notice. The issue is not simply that the instructor was absent--it is the repeated lack of communication and the way my concerns were handled when I brought them to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was dismissive and did not take the time to meaningfully explain the cancellation policy, address my concerns, or offer any reasonable solution. To make matters worse, when I got home, I noticed an additional charge on my credit card. We were told that both the class my daughter showed up for (but did not attend because she would not get in the water with an unfamiliar instructor) and the additional charge would be reversed. We are now nearly a week later and are still waiting for the promised reversal to be processed. Having to repeatedly follow up over something that should have been handled clearly and professionally from the start is incredibly disappointing. For a business that works with young children, communication, consistency, and customer service should be a priority. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen far short of those expectations. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and contacts us to resolve the outstanding charge and address how this situation was handled.
