I needed to have a transfer box installed to enable my Champion 8000 watt portable generator to power my house circuit box. I was able to schedule this along with having them pull the necessary permit with the city. Bobby was very responsive to my questions and concerns regarding safety issues of this type of backup power. I wanted to ensure that no one (including SCE workers) would be put at risk and decided I was going to do it right the first time.
