It cost my daughter almost $2000 to move into this townhouse at Parker Townhouse apartments down Wendover Ave. She moved in on May 2, 2025 and has been without air for almost the entire start of her lease including again today which makes it twice in just this month alone. My grandson has asthma and is on a daily nebulizer. This was also noted at the beginning of her lease. It is sad that this management company promise you all these amenities and things and then treat their tenants the way they do. Since May 2, 2025 my daughters air has went out "FIVE" times and they have had to come spray for nasty bugs (roaches) that come from up under the wall and from outside!!! These town houses are not worthy or in condition for anyone to stay in. I have offered to mow their grass or at least my daughters section due to the grass not being cut and getting as high as to your knees. The trash can is always over flowing with garbage all around and just blowing in the wind. I will be putting in a request for Channel 2 to go out there to the property so they can show the people what they will get dealing with Real Property Management! So please stay tuned. It should be against the law to rent out something in this condition. I will be moving my child and grandson out asap and will be consulting with an attorney in regards to breaking her lease. She asked them what did she have to do to break the lease because her and her son cannot continue to stay in those conditions and the lady at the office was very rude and unprofessional but I bet she does not stay in such conditions and should be ashamed for promoting those rental properties. Real Property Management count your days of robbing low income families - there will be a live viewing soon of what you really offer!!!! The company is great for collecting payments, issuing payments and paying dealers bills but when it comes to how your property looked at the beginning and what it looked like at the end was disappointing. We wanted a company that did visuals on the property every 4 to 5 months due to where we stayed, but sadly this didn't happen. Our ceiling fan in the Master bedroom was removed and replaced with a very cheap fan and the company didn't even catch that it was missing eventhough they had pictures to prove the fan was there. A ceiling fan in one of the other rooms has a broken cover that was replaced with a different one of the other two and that was only hanging on by the electrical cord clearly someone tried to hide but was very evident of the deception. Our ceramic deck had a hole knocked in it and we are having a hard time finding the color to match for patch work Who does a turnover of a property without sending a representative to see immediate concerns? I have had better customer service renting an apartment, at least they do a walkthrough with you. We had drywall sand residue on the floor in multiple rooms, not even vacuumed, spot paint jobs on the walls where items were hanging and paint colors were slightly different due to age of paint and gloss on walls. Our tub sink in the laundry room had a gash in it that we only caught because we were giving the dogs a bath and tried to fill the tub up and water running onto the floor from inside of the cabinet. Our back wood deck had burnt spots on it from someone using a charcoal grill on a wooden deck and they tried to tell us that the issue was taken care of when clearly I could tell not and the deck was not even maintained, so now we are dealing with replacement of wood on stairs and multiple deck boards. The hotwater heater had a leak and was clearly going on for awhile due to rust evidence in catch basin that no one caught, the wall paint job had much overlapping. In short would I use this company again for a midlevel to high end house, the answer would be No, but if you have some cheap real estate that you care little about then maybe this would be for you. Now don't get me wrong, good people work here, but do they look after the property like it was their own the answer would be No. Are they a bad company, No but they were not the right one for what I needed.

I informed them that I would not be renewing the lease. They took that as me wanting to remain on the property for month to month payments. Which was definitely not what I meant. I'm assuming the staff speaks in code. I guess that is how they make their money which is fine. What happened to treating families nice? Everyone just wants to make money but fails to truly care or treat others nice. You live and you learn, I know better now and will be cautious in the future.

The entire "cleaning bill" was 130 and apparently that was worth gLf the invoiced bill. The bill I will attach because it's an invisible/seemingly bogus company. There will be no flexibility. I once had to pay 90.00 for a two month old filter being "dirty". They blame their landlords on what they are doing or not doing and do not support the renter. Take photos of EVERYTHING. Write down every issue and maybe they won't "misplace" yours. Or just find another place who is more reputable.

L'Exterior est pleasant and architecturally d'accord aussi. Mais the stove is gas and not electric. Les hommes en le building harrass les femmes en le building constantly trying to get intimacy which wasn't going to happen. One guy Mark Fulton a former friend had to relocate to California before he would let me be. The Owners didn't do anything about this constant barrage of unwanted male attention to me or another of the other residents. One lady got constantly approached and talked to by one guy who is a construction worker and he wouldn't stop ever. He talked to the lady every afternoon. He was relentless. I finally decided to visit an older friend in another neighborhood for a couple of nights for a change of scenery then my Mom helped me lease an apartment on Hillside Dr. There isn't a work order program there pas de tout. (Not at all.) A work order report such as a persistent leak in the ceiling if left un-repaired could damage the building went un-repaired for two whole weeks. Then half of the ceiling fell in and the workman wouldn't take off his shoes or wear plastic booties before entering. I may have been ahead of my time regarding preventing ecoli in my old apartment though currently wearing plastic booties to repair a ceiling to complete a work order social distancing and wearing a mask even would prevent Covid. The ceiling wasn't ever repaired and I had to get another place to stay. This rendering the old apartment uninhabitable. Even though I rigorously cleaned and scrubbed the floors avec Murphy's oil soap the owners said the floors weren't clean which is rubbish. He deducted a floor cleaning fee and the floors were spotless and he never gave my deposit back even though the ceiling wasn't ever repaired b/c the maintenance guy he sent a week later didn't and wouldn't wear plastic booties to repair the ceiling. Then I couldn't even stay in my own apartment. Within two months I had to get another apartment miles away and didn't ever get to move back in. Not that I would even want to currently. There isn't a disposal or a dishwasher appliance and there aren't central air conditioners either. There wasn't even a window unit air conditioner. My Mom bought me and I later bought a window fan which just swirled the hot air around. I probably sweated off five pounds during the Summer parce que (b/c) there wasn't even a window unit air conditioner which made Summers unbearable. I wouldn't reside there if someone paid for the place for an entire year on my behalf. If you sign a lease you will swelter.

Insurance Claim - Pipe Leak & Interior Damage At my Breezewood Dr. unit in Wilmington, an outside pipe--covered by the HOA--burst and caused interior damage. The master insurance supposedly paid Priestly to repair both the pipe and the inside of my unit. They only fixed the outside pipe, collected the insurance money, and never repaired the interior. For months, I called repeatedly. They kept blaming the "slow insurance process." After more than six months, they suddenly claimed they tried to enter my unit but "no one opened the door," which is absolutely false. I received no calls, no notices, nothing. I ended up repairing the interior damage myself at my own expense. Priestly never responded to the proof I sent showing no one contacted me. Their pattern is clear: delay, ignore, and hope owners give up--especially vulnerable or elderly owners. A year later, I placed a work order to replace the exterior dryer vent--an HOA responsibility. After many calls, I finally reached Deborah Severud, who admitted it was the HOA's responsibility but insisted I had to pay for it. I asked for an estimate first, since the part costs $10-15 and takes five minutes to install. She never provided one. I never heard back. I assumed they brushed me off again and planned to hire my own handyman. Instead, Priestly invoiced me $250.91 claiming they replaced the vent--something that never happened. I emailed everyone and asked for the charge to be removed. Deborah responded that they "fixed it with the wrong cover." I told her no one ever came, and I sent photos proving it. I even suggested they look into their contractor's invoicing practices. Fortunately, I had an official inspection report dated 1 week after their claimed repair, with photos showing the vent was not replaced. With that documentation, they couldn't dispute the fact that this was a false charge. Instead of simply removing it, Deborah changed her story again--now claiming they repaired the "wrong unit." Really? Someone supposedly let them in to fix something they didn't need, and agreed to be charged $250 for a $10 part? Even with proof, the charge still sits on my account. Just like the insurance situation, they're clearly hoping I'll get tired and pay it. Not this time. I wasn't going to post a review if they had reversed the charge, but they left me no choice. I will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General. Believe the negative reviews--there is a pattern. As with many bad companies, the positive reviews are likely from friends or associates to drown out the real experiences. Owners should file formal complaints, not just reviews. It's the only way to stop false charges and shady practices. HOAs should be extremely careful--hiring a management company like this can damage property values. Buyers ask who manages the community, and Priestly is a red flag. When I bought my unit, it was managed by a reputable company (CITCO). A year later, the HOA switched to Priestly at a higher fee, and everything went downhill. My condo is beautiful and in a great location near The Pointe, but unfortunately, the management company is Priestly. Attached are photos of the dryer vent cover on 7/20/26 and the Invoice which Priestly claimed they "repaired" on 7/13/26 for $250.91.
