I decided to invest in a personal trainer who would understand my goals and develop a custom-tailored plan and monitor my progress to keep me on track. Stacia is well trained and an experienced professional who clearly put a lot of time in designing a program which is geared specific to my needs. The workouts are fun and mixed with plenty of variety so I don't have the chance to ever be bored, plus I'm learning the proper form and technique. Right from the start I knew she created a game plan that was hitting the mark. Three months into the program at 2BFit my A1C glucose levels dropped dramatically (well below pre-diabetic levels) and cholesterol numbers are now the lowest in 7 years. I know I would never have achieved this level of fitness and wellness if not for Stacia and her personal attention, professional knowledge, and encouragement. I'm very impressed with her passion to help clients progress safely with their individual goals and needs, all while taking into consideration their abilities. I looked around and contacted several different trainers, Jeff responded before anyone else. Although I looked at a few others, I picked Jeff because I just liked him. It was an excellent choice. He is dedicated, he knows so much about wellness and more importantly he is always learning. I can ask anything about nutrition, lifestyle or training and if he needs more information, he finds out and then shares with me. The thing that matters most is that here I am, four months past my big day and I still train with Jeff. I am also so happy to say that my husband was so impressed with what he saw and with what I told him, that he now trains with Jeff too. I have been so impressed with the way in which Jeff has modified everything to meet my husband where he is. A very different place than where I ever was, and the results are already visible. So i decided to join her one day as her plus one. First off, know that you have to drive all the way to the back of the plaza to find it. But there's plenty of parking. The studio is run by two nice trainers: Sally and Jordan. They are very open and all about helping you. They tell you their story and listen to yours. It's all about setting goals and appreciating the little accomplishments. First thing when you walk in is that it's one big room. Not little alcoves here and there. Just a huge mat for you to get sweaty on. I did notice there's not one mirror- which is quite interesting. There is complementary child care and very nice locker rooms. They are like to do one on one meetings to check in with you every other week. Their hours are a bit wonky so check the class schedule each week before coming in. But what I like most about this place is that if you can't do a conventional push up, they find another way to get your body to work the same muscles. My advice? Come try it out!
