I ordered a small sign 7 days ago. I submitted the artwork through email. After no response, I called to check the next day and was told it would be done by the end of the day. I called the next day and told again, it should be done in a few hours. Again i did not hear from them. On Monday, I called again and was told they would call me back. No call. So I just showed up the next day and asked about the status of my small sign. I told them the communication is extremely poor. The person who said he was the owner said they had equipment down and do not have time to communicate. Say what? I said you don't have 1 minute to call and he said no. He said customers and answering the phone are not the priority. He then went back and, to get my sign. So it was done and wasn't called? The product itself was well made and of great quality and I was not charged. I will not return and will not recommend. read more

I had called this business for a quote, looking up my make & model's back windshield measurements, then I was given a quote. I had made an appointment to see robert on a Monday around 10 am. When I showed up robert was not there. Orlando looked very confused when I showed up but had me write/draw what I was wanting took measurements (again) and pictures of my car. About a week and a half later I emailed robert with any possible updates on the design. Mind you, I provided pretty much everything, they didn't "design" anything. He told me that there was miscommunication between the two and he'll have my layout out in about 15-20 mins. So we eventually came to a final sample and I was given an invoice. I paid the invoice on September 2nd (Monday). Tuesday I contacted robert to set up an install time/date up. He told me he had availability "Wednesday through Thursday". I responded with "tomorrow". Then he turned around and said he doesn't have any availability tomorrow, conversation attached. So then I just said Thursday. Thursday came and I could not make the appointment, I let robert know this. I asked robert if Friday afternoon worked and even asked what time not to show up in case they go to lunch and he responded with anytime because they don't leave for lunch. Friday afternoon comes, I show up a few minutes after 12:20 and Orlando again looked very confused why I was there but eventually remembered what I needed done. About 15 minutes later robert came out and said "there's a problem". The machine he needed was at a location on commerce?? Downtown SA???! He then tells me if I want it done they can do it in a DIFFERENT COLOR, which tells me MY STUFF WAS NOT READY. Why isn't my stuff done at this point?? He makes it no big deal and asks me to come back tomorrow and takes measurements of my car (AGAIN). As I'm driving back to work I get an email from robert saying the design we agreed on won't fit my car correctly (some BS) so we need to add more to the right side to even it out?! WHY WAS THIS NOT DISCUSSED?! I asked for my money back at this point and he wants to charge me for a "cancellation fee" when there was nothing ever discussed, about these fees. Nothing was signed. It's a charge for the "artwork", excuse me, I provided everything (twice). All they did was put it together on a black screen. Horrible customer service from incompetent people. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. We went in on Monday, April 11, 2016 to place an order for some fliers. We met with the owner who assured he can have half our order ready that same night, we even paid extra for a rush job. He said he would call us when the order was ready, he never called. We called EVERY DAY that week and got the run around from his employees, who were extremely rude to top it off. Finally, today April 18, 2016, we went in again and caught the owner there and asked him why we hadn't received so much as a call to update us on our order. He said to "stand in line" with the hundreds of other people who were upset at him for not having their orders. He didn't even bother apologizing, and he said he wasn't going to complete our order. DO NOT give these people your business, they're rude and unreliable. read more

I stopped by and came out with not only custom cuzzis and fun stickers for our guests but T-shirt's for the chambelanes I also had a large and beautiful entry banner with my daughter on it! I would give 0 stars if the option was available. I accidentally came here thinking it was another establishment that was a building over. I realized my error after I placed the order for a large amount. I placed my order over a week ago. The order was supposed to be ready by Monday. I never received a phone call so I called Tuesday and it took them a while to find the order and said it would be ready in the evening. I couldn't go that evening so I said I would pick it up Wednesday. When I placed the order I was very specific about what I wanted. Wednesday I received a text asking about what I wanted. They had forgotten the order completely. I had requested numbers to be placed and the numbers were completely wrong. When I went to pick up the order the font was not what I had requested and the quality was bad. The gentleman tried to justify the error by saying sometimes the computer messes up. I urge you not to trust them. read more
