I had a membership at another large, chain gym - and used to get so annoyed and frustrated at how there didn't seem to be any off peak times. It was constantly crowded and it was a struggle to get any piece of cardio equipment or weights or benches. I found myself using the gym less and less because I couldn't fully utilize it. Anytime Fitness is probably the same distance away as my other gym. I will say though that it is small....but if you do not require classes and just need some cardio equipment, weights and machines, then this place is for you. I have gone after work and have been able to work out and do what I need to. It's never packed and even when there are people there, everyone is polite about sharing or working in and cleaning their benches/machines when they are done.

It's like they have no type of organizations in this gym franchises but if you owe them money they can kick you out. DO BETTER it's giving scam . I have ONE key entry not 3!

Came up mid set of mine and only placed a ball down and told me I can't be using the area. What irks me is that there were two people also there using the cable machine. And I've seen other people using it. There was a 30-1hr gap between his clients in which no other trainer was using the area. I was already using it for a while completing 4 sets prior too. Most frequent users prefer it on the hotter side. It was under 160 degrees this morning which is an improvement from 140 degrees last week so I increased the score. With consistency at 160 degrees or above I will continue to update my review positively. Obviously lower than 160 degrees will result in a lower score.

Also, the instructor was good and there were around 15 people which is good for a weekday morning class. Class started and ended on time. They offer the standard gym equipment and some of them seem to be pretty old including a couple broken ones so this definitely needs some improvement. There's plenty of parking since this gym is part of a huge shipping center. I didn't have to interact with any of their staff members and didn't use their lockers or pool facilities so I can't comment on that.

I've paid monthly dues to a few gyms over the years and went only a handful of times. Why? Because…read morethey felt impersonal and superficial. Nothing was keeping me coming back. Don't even get me started about to cancel one of these memberships. I went into Resurgence curious about lifting heavy, with good form and was genuinely greeted with kindness and curiosity. They wanted to know what my goals were and how I wanted to get there. I'm an active woman in my 40's with a previous injury so joining a powerlifting gym could feel intimidating. But this was not the case. I felt very welcomed and got started with one of their trainers, Carl ( the best!!!!) The fees are very reasonable, which has made it possible for me to really commit and frankly change my life. I deal with a lot of caretaking on a daily basis and getting stronger in this space has made that possible without feeling that I am harming my body. Everyone here knows your name and is available to help but you have space to explore and learn on your own. This is truly a place for everyone.
