Inside the store they have a lot of meat products already wrapped ready to go, and a case where you can pick what you want. There are other local products like meat sticks to purchase. It can be pricy but I think it's healthier than what is sold in stores. Staff were nice and knowledgeable. They offer meat packages and said they would be willing to trade out products (like pork) for a similar product they sell.

This butcher has been on my short list for a while thanks to its recent fame in the Hoagie Gurus Facebook group, where their Old World Italian has become something of a legend. After finally making the trip, I can confidently say it deserves every bit of that buzz. We stopped in on a Saturday around lunchtime and the place had a steady flow of customers. My wife and I ordered the Old World Italian hoagie along with a hot roast beef and gravy grinder that was running as a special. While we waited, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and we took some time to browse their butcher case. Everything looked fantastic, and we ended up leaving with several packs of house made sausages that were too interesting to pass up, including a chicken crab cake sausage and a brisket cheddar. After a short wait, our subs were ready and they were both absolute units. Since they have a few two tops for the lunch crowd, we did not even make it to the car before digging in. The Old World Italian was exactly what I hoped for. Piled high with Italian meats and cheeses, sharp provolone, roasted red peppers, and prosciutto, all served on a sturdy yet soft seeded roll. The meats were perfectly layered so every bite was balanced and flavorful. No dead spots, no overwhelming salt bombs, just a beautifully constructed hoagie. Parking is ample in the rear, with a couple of spots out front. They have a limited menu, but when you do something so well, that doesn't even matter! The chicken salad sandwich was the best I have ever had. Not overly creamy, just the right amount with plenty of flavor. The fresh greens and tomato in top was super fresh. The seeded buns were also top notch! I purchased two small steaks and cooked them up in the cast iron. It was undoubtedly the best steak I have ever had at home; it melted in my mouth! Just look at the marbling in the pictures. The meat at the store is some of the best quality I have seen and tasted. You can easily tell that George, the owner, has a passion for his business and his product reflects that. He was friendly and very informative. I will be back for sure!
