When I went to pick it up they went over the machine with very good detail and were very patient with all my crazy questions! They loaded for me in my truck and off I went. Rust in the air filter? Dirty oil? One of the carbs wasn't even working. These crooks took advantage of us and overcharged us for the work they lied about doing.
