So i took it back a told them to repair it that was in april..... it is now july and is not repaired!!! and then he had the nerve to say today us taking this long is a incentive for you to pay us. I GAVE HIM 300 in may as a down payment and only at tthe end of june have they actually done any work. the bike is in pieces in there shop. currently. and he wants me to pay first for no work!!!! They also stock a lot of parts and provide service for other bikes (like my honda). I never get pressured to buy stuff I don't need and I always get good advice when I ask. In a town with limited options for dirtbike stuff, DNS is a god send.

The next time I stopped in I was looking for a new motorcycle. They are a KTM dealer, and had some street bikes on the showroom floor. I was looking for the KTM 990 Adventure, and they did have one for sale. It wasn't there. When I asked "gentleman" behind the counter if they still had the 990 for sale, he replied "yep". I asked where it was, and he said "at my house". Ok? Apparently he was more interested in riding it for himself. I have not been back. Sadly, I think KTM is a great brand, but would hesitate to buy one in the event I needed to go to them for any service.

I then had him fix both tires and drove the bike to Denver. The bike road really weird so when I got to Denver I took it to a shop. The people in Denver told me that the bolts that hold the brakes on we're fingertight the bolts that hold the axle on weren't tightened properly the spacer plate for the rear axle was put in backward in the entire rear axle had tweaked sideways. I called the guy to tell him about this so that he wouldn't do it again. I wasn't even angry I was just concerned about other people safety and he started screaming at me and then hung up on me.
