He kept me informed from the time my mowers were picked up to the time they were dropped off about a week later. One of the main reasons I selected T and J was because they could pick up my mowers and return them since I do not own a truck or trailer. The other reason was supporting small businesses. I appreciated the personal care Travis took with each of my mowers and explained everything he saw while completing the maintenance. We originally chose them for their big bays capable of painting RV's but they are so much more than that. Their attention to details is phenomenal. They contacted us several times about little things so they would get it exactly right, and they did! The staff was friendly, approachable, collaborative and obviously takes great pride in their work. The next day, after picking up our RV, I was at a gas station filling up when some guy came up to me and remarked on my beautiful rig. He just couldn't say enough good things as he studied the RV up, down, and across like he was looking at the Mona Lisa. They were able to service our bikes in a real timely manner and to our liking. We did have an issue with the back brake on a bike and had to take it back and it was a slight oversight but they quickly corrected and my husband got a tshirt out of it so I think he's extremely happy, he hasn't really taken it off since.
