After 5 days the label was showing status of label created only and no delivery date. I checked with them again and now they are telling me the shipment might got damaged on the way and UPS didn't inform them. I am waiting for a month for an oil change. I will never ever shop here. We talked for about 10 min on the phone and finally I went up to see what he had in stock. He didn't up sale me or tell me I needed something that I didn't! I added a winch, snow blade, sprayer, and back protection bar which they installed for free. When I went to pick it up they went over the machine with very good detail and were very patient with all my crazy questions! They loaded for me in my truck and off I went. I spent some time talking to her about the Indian brand and I was highly impressed with how informed on the product the young lady was. All of the motorcycles were clean and nice looking. They also sell new motorcycle accessories/clothing. All used bikes/ATV's/Golf Carts/ etc. are all on consignment at Powersports Connection so you unfortunately can't test drive anything, which is inconvenient but makes sense since they are all on consignment and not being sold directly from Powersports. The owner, Matt, was really cool to talk to and was knowledgeable on the motorcycles on consignment there and motorcycles in general. In the future, if they had a bike that I wanted and was familiar with how it rode, I would definitely try to purchase from them.

to all who actually want to know ROBERTSON CYCLES was supposed to fix my timing back in april, they…read moredid sort of i went to pick up the bike and paid them. on my way home the bike was not idling right. i called the mechanic and he told me to tighten the idle speed screw which i did. the chain broke and fucked up my engine. So i took it back a told them to repair it that was in april..... it is now july and is not repaired!!! and then he had the nerve to say today us taking this long is a incentive for you to pay us. I GAVE HIM 300 in may as a down payment and only at tthe end of june have they actually done any work. the bike is in pieces in there shop. currently. and he wants me to pay first for no work!!!! To me, I think, no problem. easy peasy. Well now coming up on 4 months of it being there, just collecting dust, it's now a whopping $800 just for the work they did. When for 3/4 of that time in there, it Wasn't touched and just collected dust.. On top of them taking forever with a simple job, and the price skyrocketing for no reason. They also misplaced/lost some parts for the cylinder.. So now, the cylinder bore and stuff being done, I now have to wait even longer because of there mistake. Bull shit... Whatever you do, do not, I mean do not bring you stuff here to get fixed. unless you wanna be paying a leg and a arm and also if ya wanna wait months for a simple job. $800 to just sit there and collect dust for the 4 months it's been in there... $200 in parts, and $500+ fucking dollars in labor. To just sit there and collect dust.. And I get a call, yeah it's done, I can go pick it up, but noooo not quiet yet cause idiots lost my parts... Never going here again.
