I thought I wasn't going to see my drone for at least a week. Ludmil helped me out and was extremely thorough in explaining what was broken and what process he would be going through to fix everything. He's a good guy. Excellent customer service and cool to talk to. He knows his stuff! I took my drone out for a test flight the next day.
