Husband and his family members have been going here for years, and everybody has said nothing but positive things. I'd give them five stars, but the scheduling and availability is pretty tricky. First off, they are open Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm. If you have an emergency, you can reach them after hours, but unless it's REALLY bad, you will have to wait until regular business hours to get your problem remedied. Even at times when you know you need to get a filling or something else, you have to come in and have it diagnosed and then come back another day to actually get the job done. It's not a huge deal, but considering that we live pretty far from the office, it is a bit cumbersome to travel back and forth on such short notice. Also, once you have an appointment, if you need to change it, their availability is pretty tough to have it switched because there are just so many patients that go to him. So, if you want to schedule an appointment, make sure you schedule at least 3-4 weeks in advance to a desired time frame. However, given all that, I still come back here for all my dental cleaning. Dr. Fraser himself is really warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is detailed, thorough in his exams, and gives you an honest opinion on everything under the sky (from teeth whitening, flossing technology, even future shortcuts to save you money). I also love the fact that he does an oral exam and checks your salivary glands, lymph nodes, and any abnormalities in your mouth. His team of hygienists are nice, professional, clean, and detailed as well. I've had over 4 of his hygienists work on me, and they all do a great job. They make you feel very comfortable too! :) Even though I have to drive about 70 miles to get my teeth cleaned twice a year here, it's totally worth it. I have yet to find someone who is just as thorough and approachable as Dr. Fraser. I really trust him and his staff, but I just wish scheduling was easier.

The filling was too high. After a week of that appointment I was in the absolute worse tooth pain I have ever experienced. I called back to schedule another post op appointment due to the pain, Dr. Grzywacz tried referring me to an endodontist and wrote me a referral. Mind you, before I had this appointment I had no other issues with any teeth, I didn't accept the referral. I called them back the next day and scheduled a second post op appointment, sure enough when Dr. Grzywacz walks in he says, "yep it does look like it's still too high"...the dude tried to refer me to a specialist the day before, so had I listened to him, it would have been a waste of time and money, and possibly more complications. After he adjusted the tooth, my entire bite ended up being off. Then Dr. Dion comes in, examines my mouth, tells me she can't fix my bite because I need braces..I came in for a filling, I don't need or want braces, not to sound prideful but I get compliments on my smile and my teeth aren't messed up, so I'll pass on the braces..but again trying to refer somewhere else and not solve a problem they create. She just kept insisting there was nothing they could do. I regret ever spending my money here. Dr Grzywacz is not even on the website for doctors at this office or any of its locations. I wish could rewind the clock and stay away from this place, this was the worst dental experience I have ever had.

Lakeshore Oral Surgery in Chesterfield, Mi I just called the billing department over there to ask about this bill. To explain that I have been receiving these invoices with amount due being $0.00 until this week when I got an invoice for $795.00. Threatening collections. I swear I was nice and attempting to explain my confusion, and that I have the voicemail from Jan. 31, 2024 from LOS confirming my insurance determination to pay for my tooth attraction...WELL I was met with the most nasty, rude lady ever!! She said they have spoken to me several times and that I was rude and hung up on them. I told her there was NO way that was me! I have not spoken to them since the day I left their office. She says, and loudly, "She see's it in her notes right here that they have talked to me and that I hung up on them". So I ask her for the phone number they called, which she says "We have the right number!" She tells me that I was not insured at the time of the extraction, which I tell her that is impossible! I have never been without coverage! I had just used my insurance two days prior to the surgery, can she please read me the numbers she has for my insurance..again I am met with attitude and rudeness! Her, "I have caller id, we have to correct number" She says this loud and so super snarky. I have her on speaker phone, my son, who was across the room calls her a Bitch, she hears it and starts in with that...I ask for her name, she will not give it to me. She is still rambling on about being called a Bitch from my kid, not even me. I ask again for her name and she hung up on me. So I am left sitting here wondering what the hell just happened??? I definitely appreciated not having to put up with the pain anymore lol They gave me some stuff to take home after my surgery. Ice packs and whatnot. They also sent my meds to my pharmacy very quickly. So I didnt have to worry about anything except for rest. I definitely recommend going to Dr. Sclafani if you have impacted wisdom teeth like I did. She did a fantastic job and she was very caring. She's extremely personable and also cares a lot about her staff. They are all very good and the atmosphere in the clinic is a happy one. If I lived in Sarnia she would definitely be my dentist.
