I suggested waiting for the summer heat to subside but that never really happened so I got in touch and scheduled him and he came out shortly after that. The work went very fast and the yard looks great! I had a swale dug to divert water from a hill at the back of my house but he also cleaned up the side and back areas that had basically turned into a prairie full of tall grass and weeds. They do take a pretty laid back attitude (the opposite of hard sell) but that worked out fine. I would recommend them.

I paid for lawn aerating and over seeding last Fall. Cared for and watered as directed. A number…read moreof areas in front and back lawn had lots of bare spots. Neighbors even asking "what happened?" A manager from A and A Lawncare and Landscaping came to home and reseeded several areas in front yard. The grass seed used by the company and left for me to has not been sufficient to cover the bare areas in front yard. The manager said the back yard needed to have heavy shade grass seed used, which I am on my own to purchase and apply. I don't know why not know why the proper grass seed wasn't used when this service was performed by a professional company
