A $3.99 "email fee" just to receive and print a document that was emailed to the store. When I asked about the charge, the employee responded, "What do you think, it's free?" I understand businesses charge for services, but nearly $4? I expect to pay for the printing itself, but charging extra just to receive an email seems like paying a tip before any service has really been provided.

Sending prints via email was simple and easy (unlike the library's print kiosk system). I was able to get my shipping label quickly and found out that it was no charge since it's a shipping label.
