He was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. I was given an ATI tracking# to check results and status. Surprisingly the results were completed next morning. I was expecting longer wait time but it was less then 24hrs. At least 3 times since I've moved here, I've had to go in to the post office to trace my package. Three times already, I've had to re order debit cards because she delivers to either another mailbox, or who knows where. I've even seen neighbors mail on the floor before like she dropped it & just didn't bother to pick it up. Not sure how hard it is for her to do her job, but maybe she should retire or find a job she CAN do.
