She definitely missed out on a lot of money for the service. I do know we only were asking earlier about his available washer sizes. And that my daughter and I did question outloud,( but not irrate),the owner seeming to want us to not use all the large washers. We only wanted to get it done. The owner was not forthwith in responding . He seemed annoyed we came in from the start, which was confusing. Our confusion about him wanting to keep a large washer unused, should not have caused his rudeness to us. I didn't talk to him rudely. In the end as we packed up,I did tell him he was rude.
