Thank you! This wash house was accessible from my hotel, a quick 2-mile drive. The washers were clean, and the price was not high. The washer's range in size from double load to mega load. The cost to wash is $3.25, $4.25, $5.25, and $7.75 to wash. The dryers cost 25 cents for 4 minutes. There is always attended to help with quarters, questions, or private laundry services. The ladies were nice, and the customers were friendly. read more

The only reason I give it 4 stars is for the price. Almost 10$ for an entire load (I needed two wash loads) which broke my heart a lil. But my clothes (esp the whites) have never been this clean in their entire existence. It's like I bought them yesterday. Amazing washers and dryers. Just outa my price range. read more

My dryer at home is acting up so i had to go Becca's to dry my clothes. You only get 4 minutes per quarter. Little pricey but i had to do what i had to do. Very clean and everyone there kept social distance. Last wash at 7pm. Closes at 8:30 read more

Excellent laundromat. Clean facility, machines look new and work well, a well-kept restroom, free wifi, help available from a friendly person. All the washers are front-loaders so I was able to do all of my weeks clothes in one of the small machines for $2.75. Drying for 35 minutes was $1.75. Larger machines are available, as is wash-dry-fold service if you need to save time. I'd definitely return and I wish all coin laundries could rise to this level of quality. read more

This place is amazing. First of all Eva (I believe that's how you spell it) was extremely helpful and helped me all the way through from washing to drying. I really didn't know what I was doing and asked for help and she ended up working side by side with me. I usually pay over $20 doing laundry at other places. I did a bed set, a basket and small bag full of clothes for $11.25. This place is fantastic they really have good machines. I tried to tip Eva and no matter how much I insisted, she refused to take it. This will definitely be my main place for laundry from now on. Also, a week before this review I dropped off laundry to be washed which came back excellent which is what prompted me to revisit this location. It came back better than when I wash it myself which is what prompted me to ask a lot of questions. The response was unexpected and truly amazing service. read more

Absolutely terrible service. We come here visiting this city and look for a wash service close to our hotel. We notice the listing says they're open until 9pm. We wait almost an hour for a Lyft ride due to closures in Louisville and when we finally get a ride and pay $12 to get here, the lady tells us dry only, they close at 8:30 and it's 8pm. After explaining the situation, we were told she doesn't get paid after 8:30. At that point, I offered her money to stay so we could dry clothes, being that we have to ride a motorcycle back to Baltimore, MD. She completely bypassed my comment and continued to go about her dismal tasks and push around a cart with laundry. We had to say at least let us wash them and we will hang our clothes up to dry in our hotel, to which she nodded her head. I waited a few minutes to get change to start this outdated machine. Do yourselves a favor and go to the 24-hour laundromat on 8th St. I have never had such horrible customer service being in an area where people are usually so friendly. read more

She recommended a great local place for dinner and went above and beyond to help us with our laundry. The machines were modern and did the job just as expected. I recently dropped off a King-size quilted bedspread to have it laundered at Becca's Wash House. Honestly, I should have had it laundered long ago. With two dogs that sleep with me, the cream background looked pretty grimy. I'd absolutely loved the bedspread when I bought it, and I didn't think that it would ever look the same. But, after having it laundered by the ladies at Becca's, it looks absolutely beautiful again. For $20, I really couldn't be happier. And the ladies there were so helpful and friendly. I will definitely use this business again. read more
