I ended up coming here directly from Farm Creek laundromat due to some issues I had with their machines. When I arrived a Fresh Air Laundry I was instantly greeted by a very nice gentleman who I believe was the co-owner. The laundromat was extremely clean, there was ample room for numerous people to do their laundry without stepping on each other. I used a large washing machine to wash a king size comforter and had no problems. The large washing machine cleaned my comforter On both sides and there was ample room inside of the washing machine drum to facilitate thorough cleaning. My experience here was wonderful. For all future cleaning needs I will drive out of my way to JTown to get services from this location! read more

Fresh Air Laundry reminds me of just that - the meadow fresh TV commercials where you can almost smell the clean! I took in a horribly, long neglected Queen size comforter. I'm thrilled with the results! Dottie, Sheri, and Jordan keep an immaculate laundry!!! Dottie showed me how to get the best bang for my buck, both at the washer and dryer. I honestly love this place now... ...my old LM "Laundry Mat" held on hours to be open for business. Using Yelp I found this place, not to far of from the apartment. Usually has 1-2 folks staffed to help, place seems super clean all the time, always greets me and as I leave (which is super nice, let me tell you) and I thing it's about the same price wise. Machines way be old, but I've never had a "bad wash experience" here so far. Best part ya'll....I throw on headphones and I do my thing, no one bothering me. Fantastic experience! I had to get 20 8' tablecloths laundered for a local church. Read reviews on Yelp, and gave this place a try. The owners truly were the nicest and most helpful people ever. They charge $1.25/lb for them to do the laundry for you (10 lb minimum). I was not in any hurry, as our event was finished, however, they had all 20 tablecloths cleaned, spot treated and folded in less than 24 hours. They did offer to press them, but I did not have a need for this service at the time. I plan to go back here to have them do my oversized laundry (bed comforters). Although this is a laundromat, and not a glamorous business, I will go back to this place any time I have a need. So, first time at a laundromat and this was an excellent first experience! Our apartment complex's laundry machines were in the process of being changed out and well, my boyfriend and I thought we could make it without doing laundry until they were done, well...I guess we overshot that. So! Looking up on my trusty Yelp app, I found this place and the reviews were great so, we gave it a shot! It was a Thursday evening and it wasn't very busy. The facility was super clean and the laundry clerk lady was super helpful and nice! She helped us with choosing the machines that fit our needs and was just overall kind! They have a few machines for quarters, an ATM machine, and, of course some video game machines to pass the time. Thankfully, this location is by other places that you can kill time for, so, super ideal! Overall, this was an excellent experience! The machines were clean, which made our laundry come out perfectly. Having a clerk there is just amazing, since they can help you and also clean along the way to keep up the pristine condition of this place. I've been going to this laundromat for about two years and it is fantastic. There is always an attendant on hand to help you with anything you need. They also have a supply of laundry detergent and dryer sheets for you to purchase should you forget yours at home. It is VERY clean; I've seen the attendant spray down the washers and dryers and sanitize the tables on a regular basis every time I am there. There are PLENTY of washers and dryers and they are all functional and well-maintained. I think there has only been one instance of a machine being out of order and it was repaired by the next time I came in. They also have plenty of rolling carts for you to utilize in moving your laundry from the washer to the dryer and so forth so you don't have to lug your laundry basket around. There are also a lot of bonuses at Fresh Air. In addition to the standard television, they have a few arcade games and several quarter machines filled with little trinkets and toys. (Even at 23 years old, I still have fun getting the rings and necklaces from quarter machines!) There are also some vending machines filled with drinks, snacks, and a few laundry essentials such as dryer sheets. All in all, this place really is phenomenal. Laundry really is a chore but this laundromat makes it much more bearable. read more

Our washer broke so I made a visit here. I was impressed before I ever made it in the building. The attendant rushed out to offer to help carry the mound of laundry. He did it several more times for others while I was there! The washers and dryers worked very well and even with five loads I was out in an hour and half. I called ahead to confirm I could was a king sized comforter and spoke to one of the new owners. She was extremely helpful and quickly answered all my questions. Off to the laundromat! I arrived around2PM to find a well lit,clean and welcoming place. I asked and was directed toward one of many high capacity washers and was instructed how to operate it.
