National awards in many disciplines of riding including Western, Hunt Seat English, Saddleseat English, Dressage in both Western and English, Trail Course, Natural Horsemanship, Sidesaddle, Halter Showing. Riders not required to do competitions although we do have a good show team!!

History

Established in 1992.

Prairie Gem riders enjoy our barn, even though we are not a "state of the art" facility, just a simple, down to earth barn, where we teach rider and horse safety as well as instruction to high levels of dressage and main ring competition. We keep the drama down as we want this to be an enjoyable place for riders to enjoy horses and their fellow riders. Safety, quality of care and training and fun are most important!

Meet the Business Owner: Robert and Linda B.

Owners are Robert and Linda Brown. They have been involved with horses since childhood and the business started in 1992 with a passion to provide high quality instruction for both Western and English riders. We love horses and enjoy seeing riders advance to develop horsemanship skills, both for pleasure and competition.
