Appointments would get cancelled and not followed up on. We spoke with Dr. Ed ONCE when we had our consultation, and he never addressed us again regarding our children's care. There was zero communication regarding progress or what was happening at each appointment. When we inquired, we got answers using terms we're not familiar with because we've never had kids in braces before. I just thought he'd remove the wire, but he removed the wire, ground down the cement, cleaned my bottom teeth and installed a new retainer in thirty minutes. Impressive!
