Not only can she fix your common teeth issues she takes on very difficult mouths like myself! The first orthodontist i saw didn't know how to correct my mouth and ended up making it worse. Dr Zimmer took me on saw the many challenges and knew exactly how to fix me! I was astonished at the outcome of my mouth. And now my kids and I will only see her! She is very knowledgeable, patient and answers any questions you have, even if they seem like common sense questions, she takes the time to explain everything to you and to your kids! She has a great memory! ( she remembers who you are and makes time to treat you like a person not just a patient.) My current daughter had the same jaw and bite issues as me and in just a few months its night and day difference! Besides dr Zimmer and her unparalleled skills, All staff at this office are caring and accommodating. Patient and flexible! Dr. Prose got my braces on and off in less than 2 years without pulling any teeth. That was 6 years ago. Last night my permanent retainer chipped ( the glue that holds it to my teeth) I called Dr. Prose's office this morning and was immediately scheduled for a same-day appointment. Varghesse put my brackets on in a way that they were continually breaking off. He told me that I clench to much, and he would not really be able to help me. He said I would probably need surgery which would cost 10's of thousands of dollars. I went to Kay for a second opinion. He said he could fix it. he took off all the brackets, and placed them in a way my teeth were not hitting - I never broke a bracket again. I finished my treatment early with Dr. Kay, and never had to have surgery; success! Oh, Dr. Kay charges like half of what Varghese was charging. I felt ripped off by Dr. Varghese. My feeling is that he is charging a lot of money for a fancy office, but is in the business of fixing "easy" cases at volume. If you think your case is a little more difficult, or if you want to save some money... or if you just want a really honest and competent guy - go with Dr. Kay.

Soon, we will have our other daughter start her treatment here. The point is, only a genuinely caring practise would get such loyal patients. We never even considered any alternative orthodontists in the area. Shout out to Gigi and Lindsey for maintaining a smooth experience for us all these years!

He and his staff get it all right -- from initial consultation and financing to working with your dentist and getting your kid through braces and into retainers. Dr. Wright is very personable and spends plenty of time with each of his patients ensuring he answers all your questions. I have had nothing but pleasant and easy cleanings. When I have needed to get cavities filled the team has ensured I am comfortable and not in pain. They even provide dental cleanings for young kids. I have 2 kids (5 and almost 3) who have gone and the team does really well with them to try and keep them entertained (put on a show while they are cleaning) as well as incentivize them with prizes afterwards.
