I called again Tuesday (after 9:00 am). No answer. I called again after one pm. No answer. Called again after 3:00 pm. No answer. I called Wednesday morning. No answer. Called again Wednesday after noon. No answer. Finally called human resources. Transferred to the hotel. Answering machine. Finally the manager called me back. She stated it would be 7 to 10 days. She could have just called me back that Monday and avoided me wasting my time for three days. Poor customer service at the desk.

It was great and a real slice of local life. We sat at the bar and ordered our first Chislic. It was tender and nicely salted. It remained the best Chislic of our 3 week trip. We reserved the room long before the date. It's our policy she says. However no one told us when we reserved the room and no one bothered to call us. Then when we try to cancel they will not refund our money!!! We need a ADA ROOM, they did not serve us as a paying customer and we should not have been charged. Best Western do better. Hotels in general need to do better to accommodate those who need ADA ROOM. One room per hotel is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

This place is horrible! Where do I begin? First off the parking spaces are tiny. I don't have a large car (VW Jetta) and the spaces were barely big enough for my car. Lots of people completely ignore the parking lines which leaves less space. I was able to sandwich myself between to larger cars and luckily didn't have any dings. The pool was freezing, the hot tub had a brown dirt (or who knows what) film around it and the hot tub was VERY foamy. When I asked how often they clean the hot tub I was told daily. I doubt that. The lobby bathrooms had no toilet paper in the men's room. We at breakfast in the restaurant the next morning. Yes, we did the buffet but it was still nasty. I know one cannot expect much out of buffets but come on. They were supposed to have free wifi but I could never get it to work. The only thing that was good about the stay was the staff. They were great. Will definitely NOT be going back here ever or any of the sister locations in Keystone for that matter.
