Their office was to schecule my surgery, clear it with my insurance company and let me know. I has been almost 2 months. I feel like they only want to work with "pretty people" who are getting implants and botox. I don't think she wanted to bothered with me (obviously). Do not recomment unless you want fillers, or a mommy makeover etc.

I'll start out by saying I LOVE the PA I go to here for annual skin checks. She's amazing…read more However, I purchased a 4 pack micro needling package last winter (for almost $1300). The esthetician that was doing them was awesome. We did 3 treatments before summer, at which point we talked about waiting to finish the last treatment until after summer when I would be out of the sun. I recently called to schedule this appointment and they said the esthetician was no longer there and their policy was that these packages had to be used within 180 days of purchase. Not only was this never brought up when I discussed waiting until after summer, but the office couldn't do anything to compensate me for the lost appointment. 180 days isn't even long enough for someone with sensitive skin to get 4 micro needling appointments in with appropriate healing time between. I will not be going back here for esthetician work or for my normal dermatology appointments.

I have been to another dermatologist and this one gave a visual exam from about 4ft away My boyfriend went today and was told to arrive 30 mins early. He arrived at 2:30, appt at 3, wasn't even taken back till 4pm. We overheard the nurse outside the door to the doctor say "he's just a quick one he's super young" the doctor then came in and barely gave an exam then once he said his sister had melanoma removed the doctor responded with "oh" and then gave an actually thorough exam. He had concern and discomfort with. Couple of spots and a few were acknowledged while the others were ignored. I had many people recommend this place but I wouldn't ever recommend this place.
