His wife said they tried to call and blamed us for not repairing it which is simply ANOTHER lie. They do not return calls, they are weeks out, then they charge you to come look, then again when they return. He is slow at working, milking the clock, he does not carry any spare parts. I quickly called bruce ( i wasn't gonna call the man who sold me bad machines even though he had given us a 30 day warranty) I never give out 5 stars but I think Bruce deserves them. He took 5 minutes in figuring out what the problem was. He explained it to me and gave me instructions on how to fix it if it happened again although it has not happened in 5 years. I really appreciate his profesionalism but mostly his honesty. I feel the other guy was one of those "i come to fix it but i will break something else so you keep calling me back kind of situation" Soooooo glad i found Bruce. Awesome job!!!

They set up an appointment for the same day and came out within the window given. Levi quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out to be an item under warranty. Nikki went to bat for us with GE as they were a pain to deal with. Their follow up was fantastic and they kept us informed along the way. In the end, we had to have GE do the repair...but I would not hesitate to call All Star Appliance for any future appliance repairs as they went above and beyond for us with GE to make sure we were taken care of.
