From the start, Kyle was thorough and patient. He walked me through transferring all of my existing funds, helped me establish clear savings goals, and gave me concrete, actionable guidance I could actually act on. What impressed me most was his timing: all of this unfolded during a period of significant personal transition for me, and he handled every step with professionalism and calm. The results have spoken for themselves. My portfolio has reached record highs, and for the first time, I genuinely feel in control of my financial future. If you're looking for an advisor who is competent and steady under pressure, I can't recommend Kyle highly enough!

Which ones do I combine? Am I investing too aggressively or not enough? What the heck is this fund? Nick Licouris did a fantastic job - we met twice, and he mapped out a detailed roadmap for me to get my financial house in order over the next few years, explaining everything in plain English anyone could understand. He confirmed I was headed in the right direction, but also pointed out a few things I was unaware of. He also correctly predicted how many hours it would take, so the cost was no surprise. I am very, VERY pleased with the results and I've recommended him to others and will probably hire him again, once I've executed the plan.

Then I found out they never close my account! I ended up double paying all my bills for a month! Then they charged me $20. For a service fee!!! After they closed it a second time. I will be calling the corperate office. They never told me the name of the person that didn't close it. Also, They wanted me to give them back my money to reopen the account to get me my money $20. Back!!! Grossly irresponsible with no care at all.

Trinidad was our Relationship Manager and he has been very responsive via phone and email throughout this entire process. We've only had to step foot in the bank once for signatures, everything else we are doing remotely. We had a LONG time relationship with US Bank, and they pushed us to the side when the SBA loans rolled out. Had City National not been there to guide us through the process, our business would have really struggled to keep all of our employees onboard. Since the inception, we now do remote deposits from our desktop computer, and electronic ACH payments which has saved us a lot of time and money. No more check writing, no more envelopes and no more stamps! There have been some minor glitches throughout the transition, but the bank has been very quick to make changes and correct them. Nothing that wouldn't be expected when changing a business account. I would highly recommend Trinidad Magallanes and City National Bank for business accounts. As of this moment we don't have any personal accounts, so I can't speak on the consumer side. All in all we are very pleased.
