I meant to leave this review last year when this incident happened. Ironically, I had let it go,…read morebut the company just sent me an email asking for feedback. So here is what I wrote to them. For you, the consumer, perhaps a cautionary tale. "Agredano's couldn't find time while I was home to give me an estimate. You came to my house when I was not home and took pictures (the work was in the front yard). You sent me the mock-up on a photo in a text message and needed approval from me without further information. You came to my house to do the work, drilled holes in my walkway, brought the wrong handrail, and sawed off the scroll work to try to make it work. The planned work was ugly and not what I wanted. The scroll work scars on the powder coated rail ruined the finish and left ugly, unmatched patches on the white rail. And finally, as the work was in progress, I saw the rail and it too high. The worker was a tall man and the railing reached his waistline. When I asked about this, the staff was unable to comprehend how the rail could be lowered and still be within regulations. Rather than fix anything, all equipment was loaded up and the crew drove away. This communication asking for my feedback is the first I've heard from your disgraceful company since then. The holes in my walkway remain a constant reminder of your dreadful business model and inept crew."
