It was a sacred &reverent, yet contemporary ceremony that lasted about 35 minutes start to finish. He met with the couple once then again came to the rehearsal before the actual ceremony. His price is very reasonable. His wife is so sweet too. Would definitely recommend Reverend Condon for performing a wedding ceremony.

Reverend Condon officiated my wedding…read more When we met, he seemed nice & kinda cheerful. He offered the initial meeting, a 2nd meeting, pre-cana materials, the rehearsal & wedding for $375. It all seemed very up-and-up & we agreed. I contacted him about 4 months before the wedding to ensure the rehearsal date & time would be ok. He didn't even remember or have noted whether we had met. He told us he had the wedding date, just couldn't remember whether we had an in-person consultation. Ok, whatever. Then, a couple months later when I emailed to arrange a 2nd meeting, he asked if we could skip the 2nd meeting & rather than go through the ceremony details we could just email them. This should have been a red flag, but I thought "OK, I can roll with this." Next, since I was having my brother do both readings, I asked if we could have them split up & he said no, because it makes the flow of the ceremony seem awkward. I've been to a hundred Catholic church ceremonies in which the readings were split, but deferred to his "expertise." He then tells us he won't join us for dinner after the wedding because he is an honored guest at another event. I told him no problem, because he's essentially a stranger to us. However, I think he was disappointed he had committe to the ceremony & made that pretty evident during the whole 20 minutes of his life he spared us to do the ceremony. The day of my rehearsal, we see each other for the 1st time in 9-10 months. He brought his weirdo brother-in-law (he said "brother", but I think it was an in-law). I seriously think this guy was released from prison into the rev's custody. He seems a little, well...soft & also very weird & creepy. Rev. Condon then asks how I want the procession, and I said I was thinking I'd have the bridesmaids walk alone, unless he though walking with the groomsmen was better. He said my way was fine, and then has the guys walk up each on their own & then himself (is he trying to make himself important?) & then the bridesmaids. I ask why the guys are walking up & he snaps at me "Because that's how you want it!" I said I thought the guys would be standing in the front & he kind of snorted & said "Well how do they get there?" I told my mom & brother I didn't understand why he was doing it that why he was doing it that way-it was weird to me. They told me to let him know, but after he snapped I was hesitant. My brother later went over & asked him about it & he told him "Because that's what the bride wants." The next day, I called him to discuss it before the wedding & asked if we could just have the guys socializing, & then they'll stand up front when we're ready to start the procession. I told him we'd send someone to let them know when we were ready. He seemed a little put off by my asking but said we could do whatever I wanted. I don't know what the big deal is--I've seen it done that way many times before! My brother was doing the ceremony music & the rev had brought his "brother" again. My brother told me afterwards that the brother wouldn't let him set up and practice; he kept pestering him with questions & chit chat. Then he went over to his girlfriend & said "I took a picture." She said "Of me?!" and he said "No, of your boyfriend," and showed her the pic. SO. WEIRD. During the ceremony Reverend Condon never once smiled. He seemed so nice when we met, and yet here he was actually rolling his eyes during the closing reading! Every picture is him looking bored & put out just being there. The next day both my brothers told me how as soon as he got there he began complaining to them of how I had "changed everything" and how it was "stupid." He asked them "Does she expect us to magically organize when they're ready?" My brothers, of course, said yes--how hard is it for him, a groom, & 3 groomsmen to stand in the front of a room when someone tells them it's time? It's not rocket science! But, he told them it was a "stupid idea." What a model Christian.

Church hurt is a heavy burden to carry, especially when you have poured your heart into volunteering, and your pain deserves to be met with empathy.My foundation in faith goes back to 1992, when my college roommate first introduced me to Christ. She and her family grew up carrying deep wounds from past churches, which led her to step away from attending any church in person for many years. Today, she attends Believers Church. We trust her judgment of ministries completely, and her presence there speaks volumes.This ministry has also been a place of incredible spiritual growth for my own family--so much so that my husband, who has been faithfully building his relationship with God through these messages, just joyfully started paying his tithes to the church last month. When I attended in person, I was welcomed with open, loving arms. In fact, Pastor Greg showed such beautiful humility when he willingly let me pray for him right after one of the services. We love this ministry because it is a welcoming, family-centered space where the Word is preached directly from the Bible.Pastor Greg regularly reminds us all of a core biblical truth: that ever since the Garden of Eden, every single human being falls short of God's glory (Romans 3:23). Because we live in a fallen world, misunderstandings, security mishaps, and human failures happen--even among leadership. Based on all of this, I truly believe the church is not a building or a single person; it is the living fruit of God inside all of us.If you are carrying institutional or church hurt, please know exactly how Jesus feels about your pain: He feels your grief deeply: John 11:35 ('Jesus wept') reminds us that He does not look past our pain; He sits in it with us. When religious structures hurt His people, His heart breaks first.He protects the broken: Matthew 11:28-30 is His open invitation: 'Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.' When human leadership fails to give you safety, Jesus offers a refuge that requires no heavy burdens.He heals the wounded: Psalm 147:3 promises that He 'heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.'My sincere prayer is that this situation doesn't become a permanent barrier to your faith. Galatians 6:1 calls us to restore one another gently. I pray that you and Pastor Greg can connect privately, in the spirit of true biblical reconciliation, to clear up the untruths.To any family processing a situation like this: be encouraged and keep your eyes on Jesus. This church is built on the Word of God and is not going to give into Jerry Springer drama. Human situations will fail us, but the grace of God never does. May the Lord bring healing to your family, and may His grace cover everyone involved.

What I enjoy most about the church is that he preaches directly from the Bible and does not give opinions on politics in and other things it's strictly Bible talk. They're very welcoming to first timers and they usually have a snack after service. My favorite part is that they do you have a Bible study for kids which my daughter calls kids church they have them for infants toddlers ,five-year-olds and I think all the way up to maybe 16. So your kids have somewhere to go while you enjoy the service
