The previous stylist obviously did not know what she was going. Leila was amazing, talked through what she was doing and did her best to fix it. Obviously she couldn't make the chunks grow back but she did her best to minimize the missing hair. I left much happier and booked a follow up specifically with her. Ok cut, not great though, and good brow wax but not a great experience. The stylist I saw refused to face me to the mirror. Every time I tried to turn towards the mirror she turned me to the wall. If I'd been seeing her for years that may have been ok but not ok for a first visit. She also told me to turn my head versus using the chair or moving herself. I get looking down but I've never had someone have me turn my head left to right. Not sure I'll be back :(

I had Hannah Marie for this appointment and she did an amazing color correction. I wanted to try hair extensions for the first time and they fit me in for the next day with amber and they color matched me right there in the salon! It was such an easy process and Amber did a great job. My last appointment I had Katie Rose and she took my hair extensions out instead of me getting them moved up because I wanted to go lighter.
