I would give zero stars if I could. My aunt tried to pick up her dog and they tried to give her the wrong dog. They were adamant it was her dog and were trying to make her sound like she was crazy. SHE'S NOT. Long story short, they gave my aunt's dog to a different lady that kept my aunt's dog and got to get her own dog back. My aunt contacted the police and the owner apologized and admitted to lying. The other lady does not want to give my aunt's dog back. All of my aunt's children are adults now and this dog has filled the void they have in their home. They love that dog and are heartbroken. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED -- DO NOT RECOMMEND. While I have taken my dog to this groomer in the past without issue, my most recent experience was unacceptable, and I will never return. I dropped my dog off at 10:20 AM perfectly fine. Around 5:50 PM, I received a call stating he would be ready by 6:20 PM and was told over the phone that he had a leg "infection." When I asked how to treat it, the man said he'd tell me in person. Upon arrival, no explanation was given; the man and lady simply showed me the area. Not only that the service during pickup I felt was incredibly unprofessional. My dog was handed to me carelessly, and the employee acted as though she was completely disgusted. Worse than the poor service was the physical condition of my dog. He was returned to me wrapped in a towel, actively bleeding from both back legs, with dried blood near his stomach and a visible cut on his neck. Despite being there for eight hours, he had not been bathed, his nails were unclipped, and his haircut was incomplete. The business claimed he "wasn't cooperating," yet they still charged me full price for incomplete work that resulted in injury. Since returning home, my dog's behavior has changed drastically. He spent the entire night pacing, crying, and unable to sleep, which is completely out of character for his normally relaxed demeanor he's traumatized. I also noticed his left eye is swollen and appears to look smaller than the right. This experience has left me deeply concerned about what happens behind closed doors when a pet "does not cooperate." I expect a professional grooming business to care for animals with patience and kindness, but that was clearly not the case here. read more

Update - took my pup to the vet and confirmed they damaged her nails . My tiny chihuahua was actually in REAL PAIN ! And when I asked them (wife -cutting her nails ) to stop the husband (man at front desk ) yelled at me "oh please quit it - she's a dog she's going to cry " her nail is completely broken straight down the middle . Her veterinarian will have to cut her nails down til it resolves and goes back to her normal shape . Disappointed and I will be contacting licensing , human society to investigate the treatment towards the animals. And I'm making a report to law enforcement just to document the (husband) who likes when kids come in and draw him things . Weirdo takes pictures of kids he showed me one picture thinking I was being nice. Sir those kids had no idea they were having their pictures taken inside . Also overly talked about his daughter. We called the day before to confirm our appointment, with no surprise they did not have our set appointment but the man did remember talking to us but NOT booking the appointment in his calendar. So the appointment was then pushed up to a 10am slot , just to receive a phone call around 3:30pm to come in around 4:15 to assist them with muzzling my dog... Upon my arrival , I was questioned about drugging my dog so that he would be calmer, YET I've taken my dog to many different groomers at Petco / Petsmart & a friend; all whom only met my dog during the grooming. Treated my dog for fleas without contacting me. My dog DOES NOT HAVE FLEAS. None of them do and they charged me for flea treatment without contacting me to say there was a "problem" and never told me if they found fleas, they would treat them. They were able to squeeze me in on a Friday at 11:30am for my dog and cat. I called around 3 and they were not ready.. I called around 4 they weren't ready.. they told me to come around 5-5:20.. our pets were there for over 5 hrs.. the price is cheap which is awesome but not for the torture.. When I got home one of my dogs nails was bleeding it wouldn't stop because they filed his nails down to his nerve. I had to go to petco n purchase a power to clog the hole in his nail to stop bleeding. We always buy our dog a new toy for being a good boy and going to groomers.. it got bloody.. I I took my husky here because they had an appt for the next day and I needed something fast because I have a newborn. I picked up my husky and wow they CUT his hair. WHO cuts a huskies hair?? Anyone who's knowledgeable in grooming knows you don't cut a huskies hair because it takes a long time to grow back. He looks horrible and it's very uneven. Not only that, but the hair around his private area was cut so close it's red and has cuts.. looks so painful. Also random spots around his chest around as well have cuts. Poor guy. very mad with this place!! i've taken my two yorkies one time before but will never take them here again after my last visit. i made an appointment for thursday at 12:30 and my mom took them. they were there for almost 8 hours!! my moms friend had picked them up and dropped them off to me. they seemed fine at first, but i noticed they were jumping all over me and acting a bit weird. i didn't think anything of it until one of them started licking her leg. i looked at it to see what it was and it was a deep open wound on her inner thigh. i immediately started to get a closer look at it, but she wouldn't let me get too close to it because it hurt so bad. fortunately, my other dog was fine, but i don't know what they did to them for 8 hours. i can only imagine what they must've been going through. my heart hurts to imagine they must've been in pain like this. our first visit i had asked them to leave their legs long and just cut their body. they didn't listen and cut all of their hair. the man working there is also very rude and was making weird and rude comments about me and my boyfriend, asking about his personal life. in the end, i am very upset with this place and will not be taking them here ever again. i DO NOT recommend this place at all!!! read more

WARNING: Do not go here! It was my puppies first haircut and decided to go to this mom and pop shop instead of a big chain. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. First, I bring him in and tell the short guy at the front I want his hair cut in half. He assures me that's no problem and tells me he'll be ready in 2 hrs. I come back 2 1/2 hrs later and he's not ready. At this point, I already thought it was shady. They have tons of dogs in the back and it's clearly unkept. I come back when they call me 1 1/2 hrs later. I watch the short guy take him from the cage and he yelps in pain. It's clear my puppy didn't have a good experience. When he brings out my puppy, I'm completely shocked- they cut my puppies hair off. The short guy gives a half-ass apology- like he didn't care they screwed up a single bit- I pay and leave. When I get home, I notice he's bleeding because of the haircut. I take him back and explain everything to the lady and she agrees to give me a full refund. Yes- they knew they accidentally cut my puppy and tried to hide it instead if telling me, She goes to the back and tells the short guy and he gets angry saying "don't give him a refund!". I tell him to come out front and say whatever he needs to say to my face. He comes out, yelling that I told him to cut it that low, which is completely untrue. He's grossly incompetent. He keeps yelling and it gets to a point where I tell him if he wants to keep yelling, we can handle things outside. Another guy pushed him to the back as the lady gave me my refund. Horrible communication, can't take simple directions, and completely unprofessional. Steer clear of this place. We took our 12 year old long haired cat in to be groomed. She had a few knots and looked more like an alley cat then our spoiled indoor little girl. The first time they made a wrong hair cut of my shnauzer, I payed but after saying that they offered me a courtesy for a free hair cur for the mistake they did for next time. I asked for a proof of that and they gave me a card with the courtesy. When I bring my dog today to claim the courtesy, I show him the card after they did the job of course, the guy on the entrance got so angry and rude and saying they don't do that, they treat me really bad I won't go again there. I have been coming here for at least 5 years. Lately the entire premises, aside from the "people waiting room" is very unclean and unkempt. The young lady that checked him in asked me how 8 wanted him cut. I explained he has a skin irritation so I wanted it short BUT not so short that it irritated his skin that is already under treatment. As you can see he was cut extremely short. Practically down to the skin in places. I was outside the building waiting for him to be groomed. I always wait for him. He was the only dog being serviced but there was a number of dogs in crates and some running around on the floor in the grooming area. I was able to get several peeks into the grooming area when they left the door ajar ( they quickly closed it the two times I was able to see in that area. There was loose dog food all over the floor and the area wasn't clean. Dirty towels were in an open plastic tub out on the porch of the building. Dog poop and cigarette butts on the ground next to the entrance from the outside for employees. Overall dirty, looked like an abandoned building almost. Long dead grass and debris. I have been hearing negative things from people in my community that used Precious Moments but no longer go there. You can't beat the price...extremely reasonable but the place from what I could see was filthy. You expect fur on the floor to an extent. I heard my dog cry out 4 or 5 times. I figured they were cutting him too close but at that moment I didn't know what to do. They start taking in pets as early as 8:30 a.m. from what I overheard of a telephone conversation but the groomer does not come in until 10:30. There are sounds other other dogs in distresse within the crates. Wish I could have examined the crates . I am wondering if dog grooming establishments have to maintain a particular level of cleanliness and if they are inspected by any city agencies. Anyway, I have been coming for years but the entire premises has declined over the years. If your pet is left there a number of hours there's no acceptable outside for them to be walked. There is a fenced in back yard area that is full of weeds and dried grass..horrid. Be forewarned, pop in and try to catch a glance behind the closed door of the grooming area.... I am not exaggerating ! I will NOT be back and will spread the word for the sake of the pets that can't speak for themselves. read more

We have found the Holy Grail of dog groomers! We came in with a very matted Cocker Spaniel with multiple skin tags all over her body. Usually we are quite afraid of any groomer due to their tendency of shaving into those skin tags and causing pain to our dog with alot of blood loss. These groomers were able to remove all of her mats along with ZERO injuries to her skin tags!! And gave her a cute cut on top of this. Our dog liked this place so much that she didn't want to leave. I heard about this place from several vets but couldn't get my standard poodle in for a week. He got into some foxtails so He needed grooming immediately. So I went so I went to a place next to 7-11 in hemet. Got him back quick and the lady said his ears were too BAD to do , there was a probably a foxtail inside, and I needed to see a vet right away. She proceeded to show me his tail that had a few foxtails in it. After paying 75 plus tip, I took him home. Frustrated about his yucky dirty ears, I called Precious Moments, they told me to bring him down right away to do his ears for $5!!! I seriously wanted to give this place a try despite their bad reviews. I mean... how can you mess up a bath and brush? Really. I took in my senior Siberian husky. I wasn't expecting much, I know it's hard to groom an elderly dog that can barely stand. I just wanted him bathed, completely blown dry, and brushed. I know how it works... I used to work as a bather at a groomers for many years. When they called me barely an hour and half later saying he was done, I knew they hadn't dried him all the way because it takes way longer to dry a Siberian husky. When they were bringing him out, he couldn't stay standing because he was slipping in the floor. He was slipping on the floor because his paws were all wet and had no grip. When I mentioned that, they reassured me he was completely dry. Just that they couldn't get underneath him because he just wanted to lay down. But when I went to go help and pick him up, he was still soaking all over the place. His ears were wet, his back was wet, his feet were wet! Not only that, his feet were still completely dirty. They did not complete him at all. And they charged me full price. I was so disappointed. They could have at least let him relax in a cage dryer to finish him off. I wouldn't have minded if he had stayed there a little longer until he was completely dry. But to hand him to me like that was unacceptable. read more
