They have a "Corporate Policy" of no animals over 80 lbs. Winston needed a nail trim. He is a retired Search and Rescue Ski Patrol going on 13 years old. He is down to 90 lbs. I am a Paramedic having to leave town today for 1 week. The owner Vito declined helping us this morning because he is 10lbs over their limit. I hope every "First Responder" and their associates consider another groomer. Shame on you Vito for not supporting Public Safety providers!

My dog isn't the best socially, he's had the same groomer since he was a pup and making the move/switch has been hard on him since he's not the most trusting and always anxious. Just moved to the area and came by with my Maltipoo. Spoke to Crystal regarding the look I was wanting on my dog's fur and she took the time to make sure and get the correct length and style. Very sad & disappointed with how the bows were placed on our dogs. Just say no to that service or be sure to check placement and remove as soon as possible. my dog was left with a permanent scare, that no fur grows on the top of her head because the placement of the bows added to her were attached to her scalp. very sad to see my dog every day and be reminded of the experience read more

We have 3 dogs, one of which can't go in a kennel and another has really dry skin! They readily took care of their individual needs. To top it off, they are affordable! Did I mention one of our dogs is a husky? He is so beautiful when he comes back! Since being groomed there, his fur is very controlled. You can't go wrong trusting your fur baby to them. read more

I came in at 9 for my dog's appt, I thought they would be done around 11 ish cause she was just getting a haircut, and trim nails. I didn't get a call nor text from them and it was already almost 2. I called and went to voicemail, and same thing happened to my mom when she tried to call. 10 mins later they call my mom claiming they have been trying to call both of us and claiming she texted me. We get there and the owner was helping me in the front( middle white age lady) she started off rude by having a tone with my mom and I and I asked can I see the messages and walks out of the door and shoves her phone in my face then walks back in while giving me a dirty look and said "attitude much", she charged me an extra 15 because she said she couldn't put my dog in the kennel but when they open the door she was in there. Never again this lady does not know how to run a business if she's going to act like that to customers. read more

I will never take my dog here ever. Ripped us off cost 145 dollars and all they did was shave some of my dogs knots off and trim his nails. Hes still shedding paw left knotted and not cleaned up at all. I will never take my dog here again I will stick with clip and dales atleast there I know my dog wont be returned to me with a unfinished grooming. read more

My dog went to her first groomers. They were so gentle with her. Especially Crystal, she did an amazing job taking care of her. They gave her a deshedding bath which she smells so nice, trim her nails, brushed her teeth, cleaned her ears and more for reasonable price. The best part is they gave her a bow to match her pretty dress. She looks fabulous . Definitely will go there again. read more

Took my dog in for nail cutting. She hadn't had her nails cut in awhile. This was out first time to visit this location. Service was wonderful. They treated my dog, who is more that 15 years old, kindly, and she didn't didn't seem to mind it. The staff was wonderful. I plan on returning. read more

We took our chihuahuas in to get their nails cut, the nails were really bad. The gentleman who opened the door, Gualberto, was as kind as can be, he took the dogs in one by one and asked their names like he cares, I waited outside and I could hear him comfort the dogs by name. The shop is small, clean and very cute. No appointment is necessary and it was $10 per dog, $15 if you want them buffed. I will be back every time I need my pups nails trimmed! They look great and have a pep in their step read more

I brought my cat here for a deshedding and a bath. Everybody was friendly. They finished when they said they would and did a great job. His hair was extra smooth, shiny, and smelled great. Prices were reasonable. Usually, after he gets groomed, he hides for the rest of the day. Not this time. He strutted around the house, showing off like he was king of the world. He wasn't stressed at all. I will definitely be going back. read more

Furr Paradise Pet Grooming is a business dedicated to serving the community with the best of our knowledge in pet grooming services. Our history starts in the late 80's with our aunt being the first groomer and then passed the skills to new generations to come. Her big sister did well too, and she's a toughy. Since my MIL was an AKC show-cut groomer, she was highly critical of the last shop that did my girl, Jax's sanitary cut. It was pretty obviously not what it should look like. That's why you get to see butt shots on the photos of how true professionals do it here at Pets R People 2. This is how it should look. They did a great job. Jax kept licking herself afterwards, so maybe she got a little razor burn or just enjoyed the soap residue, not sure. Overall, I'm only able to say that she is a dog and they do that. I gotta give them credit: they were a full house of furbabies and managed to get my two done in like 2.5 hours. I'm impressed and will definitely return. They still smell like blackberries from B&B! Their coats are super shiny!

Over the years, we've maintained a friendly client-groomer relationship, but this recent experience completely soured that. I dropped my dog off at 2 PM and got a call at 3:30 saying he was ready (Kittie closes at 4). I was running a bit late--life happens--and by 3:50, she called again, informing me she was closing in ten minutes and that if I didn't arrive on time, my dog would have to stay overnight with an extra fee. I'm sorry, but threatening a loyal client of over a decade with an overnight fee over being slightly late? That's a choice. And yet, as always, she still made sure to ask, "How much tip are you leaving?" It's a shame, really. I love supporting small businesses, but at this point, I'd rather give my money to a corporate chain that values customer relationships over arbitrary policies. I certainly won't be recommending Kittie to anyone in the future.

My family went in to this shop on Sunday morning 5/3/2026 to purchase some Blue Feigning Death…read moreBeetles for my 7 year old daughter. When my daughter asked to hold one the guy working that day (Mike) grabbed a bearded dragon and gave it to her instead. The bearded dragon just sat there with his eyes closed. She immediately fell in love and he said he had everything we needed for him and it would cost us about 300.00. He said he was 3 years old and just cleared medically for sale. He was very calm and cold and Mike said that's because he was in brumation currently and also his enclosure there wasn't warm enough for him. He gave us a tank, some sand, a log, a bowl, and a dual light with a ceramic heating bulb and mini UVB light. He said that's all we needed. I asked about food and he said just give him as many crickets as he wants every day and calcium 2x a week. We got out of there for about 400.00. As soon as we got home we started doing research an found out the tank was too small for a full grown bearded dragon, the substrate was wrong for a bearded dragon, the UVB light and heating element were also incorrect. The feeding instructions were wrong, bearded dragons need a variety of bugs weekly and fresh mixed greens daily. They didn't tell us he needed hiding spots and climbing spots. We ended up ordering the CORRECT size cage for a bearded dragon and tons of other things he needed we were either told incorrect information about or just not told entirely. Then as we continued researching, we realized that this bearded dragon was very ill. We had to rush him to an emergency reptile vet where we were told that this bearded dragon had obviously been mistreated for a very long time and poorly cared for. He was extremely malnourished, underweight, dehydrated, and they had also found a mass in his abdomen. He then recommended euthanasia or attempting to syringe feed him to see if he might come back from this. Since we were told he was 3 years old we obviously wanted to try everything we could to save him. On the way home from the vet a different employee from the store found my personal Facebook profile and then continued to inform me the bearded dragon was at the end stages of his life and that it's my fault for purchasing a clearly sick animal and trusting their employee to know the proper information and care for this animal. They admitted to knowingly selling and profiting off a sick animal that was dying. They emotionally manipulated a 7 year old little girl and her whole family just to make a quick buck and move product. They refuse to make this right. I've attempted to speak with the owner multiple times to no avail and after the incredibly unprofessional conversation with this last employee Tina I'm done trying to give chances. I have been taking my cat there for quite a while now. I really like the owner because he is always so nice and smiles when I come in to have her nails trimmed. He does a great job, and even the receptionist cuts her nails if the owner is busy. The price is only $10.00 and that is the cheapest in town! You won't find that price anywhere else! I do have a small complaint about the owner's brother. He is not very friendly and seems to never smile. He also puts a cone over my cat's head for cutting her nails and she has NEVER had that done before! She is not hard to handle because the owner has no problem with her. She is not crazy about having her back feet nails cut so she does pull away a bit, but I don't think the cone was that necessary because it made her upset. She is pretty calm most of the time. I just wish he wouldn't put the cone on her because I think he would find her easier to cut her nails. other than that, it IS the best place in town for pet services and I can walk in to have it done without an appointment. read more

The groomers @furparadise shout out to Beto and Jaden for taking time and caring for my four legged sons, Snoopy loves going for his tidy ups and nails done, he prances out happy as a butterfly on a flower, and RÜFÜS is not the easiest to groom(so I've been told by others) but not @furparadise the way they handle him doesn't stress him out!!! I recently took my little Shaggy dog into Fur Paradise on January 30th. Boy did they do a wonderful Cut and cleanup. He was a mess. They did the grooming in the time they had given us and he looked like a new little one. The price was ALSO good. I am going to take another shaggy dog in real soon. If I could give this business a zero star review and warn you to stay away, I absolutely would…read more But here's my best attempt to giving you the heads up not to support this business I have been with Haven animal hospital for the last 4 years I have exclusively stayed loyal to this business and thought they were a great company Since they have switched things around and gotten a new vet in the office, care has gone significantly downhill Let me start off with explaining to you exactly what happened My golden retriever experienced in almost 5-minute seizure I booked lab and blood work to be ran a full panel for my golden at their office I came in for my appointment. They took my dog and took the blood and all the labs that they needed They told me that I would have the results either the next day or at the very latest Tuesday because they are closed on Mondays Tuesday rolls around they tell me great we have the results and we're just waiting for the doctor to go over them Didn't hear anything else Wednesday rolls around I call and I'm like hey did your doctor get a chance to go over those results? No sorry So I asked if they can hand me the Rob results without the doctor's interpretations They end up sending the results to an incorrect email address when they've had my email address on file for the past 4 years and they never get it wrong when they need to remind me of appointments or vaccination So I call them back later in the evening and forming them. I still haven't received my pet's results and they informed me that they sent it to the wrong email A few of her results are looking pretty concerning. I have one on my friends who's a vet tech interpret them for me. She's also kind of concerned Friday rolls around and I get an email that they're extremely concerned about my dog's glucose levels and that I need to schedule her a follow-up appointment to have in-house glucose test done I schedule the appointment. I arrived to my appointment this morning at 10:40 a.m. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment They leave me sitting in the waiting room until 11:28 a.m. They also have a waiting room overloaded with people and pets Once they do finally come and address me, they make me aware of the fact that they're not going to be able to see my dog today because the doctor isn't in and that they messed up on their scheduling I asked them to reconsider that choice and to give me a better option because not only was I there to get a follow-up on results get an in-house blood glucose test, but I was also going to let them know of other health issues my dog was currently experiencing They informed me that well. Their doctor couldn't see me or my dog that they could still do the glucose test, but it wouldn't be an in-house glucose test. It would be a full lab test all over again and that they would have to send it out and then I would again have to wait for the doctor to interpret those readings which last time it took her over a week to do so. My dog could be having kidney or liver failure and this doctor wants to continue to make me wait for my dog's medical care I argued with them and told them I would like the glucose done today in office with the readings interpreted and then I would like to cut ties with them and stop supporting their services in the next breath of air. The vet tech tells me we're going to do the glucose in-house today and then we're going to cut ties with you as if it was her decision to cut ties I reminded her that it was my decision to cut ties with them because the quality of care that they cannot provide to my animals will not be accepted by me. The animal parent she continued to express how sorry she was that their doctor is always overbooked and has way too many patients. But they keep booking appointments and keep loading her schedule full and then she treats my dog like a dollar sign instead of an individual So instead of my dog getting the prompt and proper care that she deserves and that I paid for I literally left with no answers in an attitude from the front desk ladies as well as the vet technician They couldn't even have the decency to give me my dog's results in a timely manner or to acknowledge my concerns about needing those results in a timely manner because my dog could possibly be in renal failure and they refuse to acknowledge that I will be making a report with the ASPCA as well as the better Business bureau as well as my credit card company And I will also be finding out who owns this practice and I will be going after them legally as well If you want to keep a business in good standing, maybe treat your customers with a little bit of decency and respect. Don't make them drive 40 minutes out of their way for an appointment with a vet and then when they get there and sit there and wait for almost an hour in your waiting room.
