The voice mail says contact Zales.com. Contacted Zales.com, the saftey chain order was an instore, Zales.com can't access the status and has to email store and they'll email me an update. This is 2025, email. Really? To note, a secondary customer service rep was less than friendly, what bordered on rude. I don't need to be catered to, but politeness goes a long way to get a repeat customer. This has been the worst jewlery purchase experience, I will stick with Helzburg and Kaye in the future. Additionally, when I went once when they were super busy, they began to form a line outside to minimize the amount of patrons inside the store at once. The time of day is crucial when visiting. The way the have their customer service arranged is more of a ticketing system to which they place your name on the lusts and you walk around until they call you again. They don't tell you this so it was a little off-putting when I stood there wondering what happened when I thought I was next in line. However, mostly friendly staff who are eager to get you serviced.
