I think your experience begins the moment you walk in. As soon as we walked in it gave me anxiety - furniture stained and worn, all of the Christmas Decor was still up and its almost March. It smelled weird as well like a sweaty locker room. It was busy so the lobby area was stuffy. We went to sit down and there was something that looked like a blood stain on the worn white couch. My thought is yes, this is the lobby but made me question what the piercing rooms would look like - would they be clean. We came into inquire - no service done. Also, they provided only two options - 10mm silver or gold studs The case looked almost empty and looks like others commented on this as well. Went to get my 8 month old's ear piercing. The appointment was on time, the facility was clean and kira was very patient and quick with my baby. The only star I am knocking was the lack of inventory. For the price you pay, wish there were more of a variety. Seemed like almost all were sold out behind the case. Overall, still a great place and would recommend. We tried to call prior to making an appointment to ask questions. No one answered the phone and so we made the appointment anyway. It was to get our daughter's ears pierced. When we got there they only had 4 options for earrings. I find that to be crazy seeing as that is what they are known for. I asked them why they didn't answer the phone and the response was the piercer does not like answering the phone and would prefer texting or email. I highly recommend this place because of the numbing cream they offered. My first daughter had the ears pierced at Claire's inside Stonebriar. I do not recommend this place because the gun method they offered was painful. My second daughter had hers pierced at là lobe during COVID. The needle was a lot smoother but this place takes it to the top with the numbing cream. My baby girl didn't cry at all. It's a little pricey (total was $175) but it's worth it for my baby. Pros: place is adorable and clean, the staff were very friendly and patient, our ear piercing tech was super sweet. Loved her. Cons: I had literal sticker shock on the price. I knew coming in what the cost of the piercing and numbing cream would be, but I had no idea I would have to buy earrings for minimum $100. It was very disappointing they didn't have more economical price options. I know they exist..... I understand it's after the holidays but also finding out afterwards that we couldn't even get the included ear cleaner at the end bc they were out, made the $200 I wasn't expecting to spend an even harder pill to swallow. I went to lilygrace to get my 4 month olds ears pierced. I was a bit nervous in general for this process but knew I wanted them done while she was very young so she was less likely to mess with them during the healing process. I found lilygrace on yelp and read a lot of great reviews. So I decided to make an appointment online which was very easy. I was able to schedule for same day service. I opted for the piercing without the numbing cream as I read it doesn't really work as it just numbs the outside of the ear, and the inside is what gives the sharp feeling while getting pierced. The lady we got was named Cira (I think!) and she was EXCEPTIONAL! You could tell she's been doing this, with young babies, for a good amount of time. She was very precise in marking my babies ears and had me double check that I was happy with the placement. She explained that babies ears continue to grow down and out so the marks would be a little closer to the head. She explained everything step by step and was so very calming throughout the entire appointment. My baby did so good and I'm so happy with the result! They provided the ear cleaning solution and clear instructions for aftercare which was so appreciated! No need to go seek out cleaner for babies! The only thing I would say wasn't great was the prices of the earrings themselves. It was a bit of a shock when I saw the price tags but at the same time they are quality and look great! We got my 3 month old daughter's ears pierced here. Good: everything was sanitary and they were skilled in piercing ears for infants. Bad: there was only one staff member and despite our 4 pm appointment the piercing finally happened at 4.45. In the meantime, my daughter was already a bit restless which made the piercing a bit stressful. Also, we paid for the numbing cream (you have to leave it on for 20 mins), and I don't know how much it worked because my baby did squeal in pain. Also, the choice in piercings was quite limited. Overall, my daughter was fine after the short squeal of pain. The staff member was doing her best to be communicative and present and we appreciated her skill in piercing despite our daughter being restless. read more

We took my 12mo old niece to get her ears pierced here, and the piercer was SO lovely - kind, calming, sweet as can be and exceptionally thorough both with explaining what would happen before it happened and with her cleaning procedures. There was a basket in our own private room with toys to distract the baby (and baby's mama) while we waited for the numbing cream to kick in, and our piercer checked on us numerous times to be sure the cream hadn't been wiped off accidentally (babies wiggle). The piercing itself was swift - no muss, no fuss, and my niece was more startled than actually in pain. Afterward, there was a super fun flower wall with a ring light set up for us to take pictures with the newly bejeweled little one. They walked us through the aftercare and as we were about to leave it looked like there may have been a little residual bleeding - they took care to clean her up and make sure everything was ok with the piercings before letting us leave. I cannot stress enough how lovely this entire experience was - my niece may never remember, but my anxiety-ridden sister in law was so at ease with the atmosphere and kindness shown to us that she almost forgot to hyperventilate about the needles! read more

My 7 year old has wanted her ears pierced for a couple years but is VERY afraid of needles (like I'm talking has to be held down by many people when she gets shots at the drs office). Over the holiday break she decided she really wanted to do it. I've never felt great about the mall piercing experience so when i looked around to see what other options we had she and I were both excited to find LilyGrace. They offered a numbing cream option which was appealing and based on reviews seemed like they catered to the piercing experience being more private and sensitive (which is not at all what the mall experience is). We booked an appt online and when we went in loved the style of the studio and were greeted by a sweet receptionist who helped us pick out earrings and applied numbing cream (which, you DO have to wait while the numbing cream activates). The girl who did the piercing was very patient, kind, SWIFT, and CONFIDENT--- all of which really helped put my daughter at ease. The whole process was smooth. SO happy with our experience here! My 8 year old has been begging us to get her ears pierced. Keep in mind she is a baby when it comes to pain. We opted for the numbing cream which was a great choice. We arrived at our appointment time on a Sunday, they put the cream on her (it has to sit for 20-25 mins), she picked out her jewelry and then we waited in a private room. When it was time, Connie arrived and was so gentle, patient and kind and I love that she explained every single step along the way. The process was so painless that my daughter didn't even cry! In fact, it was so smooth that my 5 year old saw the whole thing and decided she also wanted her ears pierced so we came back the following weekend and got hers pierced too and she didn't even flinch! My sister-in-law made appointments for me, her, and my mother-in-law to get our ears pierced. We had the best experience with the sweetest girl who took her time to provide individualized services. She took one look at my ears, which had previously been pierced but hadn't had earrings in them for 10+ years, and she was confident she could reopen the old holes, which was a cheaper service and saved us money! She talked my very nervous mother-in-law through the whole process and calmed her nerves, and then gave my sis-in-law a great consultation about whether and where to get a fourth piercing. I had my ear lobes pierced for the first time. I am very scared of needles but didn't see a thing, didn't feel a thing. I just kept my eyes shut. I opted for the cold spray instead of the numbing cream. The clinician was very careful in marking my ears, measuring the distance of both markings and confirming with myself and my friend that location for piercings were accurate. They gave her some very effective numbing ointment on her ear lobes, so that when it was time for the piercing, our child didn't feel nearly any pain. I'll keep it quick and to the point. Positive: They do a good job and know what they're doing. Negatives: * You have to buy their earrings, minimum $98 on the day we visited. We had brought higher-quality, higher gold % earrings we had purchased especially for this purpose, but they wouldn't use outside earrings. Their prices are about triple what you'd pay online for similar studs. *If you go for the numbing cream, you basically lose your place in line and find yourself being ignored while they take care of the walk-ins instead. They told us 25 minutes for the numbing cream to work, but we waited an hour before they got back to us, with no updates to let us know how long it was going to take. If money and time are not an issue, this is a five-star place. We paid almost $250 out the door. I don't really regret it--but I probably wouldn't go there again. read more

Marvelous experience!! Connie could not have been more wonderful or more professional! Let me tell you my piercing is PERFECT! I'm a very detail-oriented person so I was apprehensive about having my helix pierced for concern it wouldn't turn out exactly as I wanted, but Connie KNOWS HER STUFF! She knew exactly where to pierce so it would be not only where I expressed I wanted it, but also where she knew it would achieve the desired result. She even checked the anatomy of my ear to make sure it wouldn't be near a vein. That definitely impressed me and told me she was a PRO! She made sure my placement was exactly where I wanted it both before and after the piercing itself. Over 1 week later and I'm more in love with it every day! They sell 14k gold earrings so you know they're safe, and even sell them as singles for piercings like mine (a pleasant surprise as I thought I would probably have to buy the pair even though I only needed one). My friend and I wanted to get our 6 and 5 YO ears pierced and this placed came highly recommended and I was not disappointed at all! Kennedy was extremely friendly and walked the girls through the numbing cream process and picking out which earrings they wanted. Ashley was absolutely amazing. Talking to both of the girls through the entire process to keep them calm and distracted. One of our girls has ADHD and we were concerned she might get upset but she really wanted to get her ears pierced. Both girls didn't cry or flinch because Ashley and Kennedy created a safe and comfortable environment for them! I cannot rave enough about our experience. The cost is more than a place like Claire's but they use a needle rather than a gun so there is no blunt force trauma to the ear. They do have numbing cream as well, which we opted for and glad we did. They also measure to ensure they have the perfect placement for the piercing so it will look perfect today AND 30 years from now. When my youngest is ready to pierce her ears we will be back. Our daughter's 9th birthday and this was a surprise for her. We drove two hours to come here because this is the exact type of experience we were hoping to find. A complete package can be found at this adorable establishment! Our family of five was warmly welcomed upon entry. The place is well lit and beautifully arranged. All families that entered while we were there were greeted and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. We chose cute heart-shaped birthstone earrings and waited about 30 minutes for the numbing cream to activate. We were led to a sweet private room where our family was able to experience this together. We were offered bottled waters by the girl writing the front desk, which was a kind add to the visit. Connie, the owner, was amazing and sensitive to the comfort of all of us. She pierced our daughter's ears and coached her on each step of the process. The piercing took about 15 minutes. It did not feel rushed even with several families in the waiting area. Love the rose wall add for a photo session! This is a really great place and Connie and her staff make this place special. I was looking to do a nose pierce jewelry change-out, found this place online & prior to making an appt I messaged the owner & asked specifically if she has a good selection of nose pierce jewelry (understandably some piercing places don't have much in the way of nose jewelry so that's why I asked). She replied confidently that they do. I made the appt & when I got there I found they actually had the smallest selection of nose jewelry of any piercing place I've ever been. That was a big disappointment & I ended up feeling like she had said that to rope me into coming in. :-( Also customer service seemed disorganized. I won't be a returning customer. I asked my mom friends for recommendations to take my 7 year old to get her ears pierced and it was a resounding LilyGrace from most of them. I scheduled an appointment and brought my daughter in. Everyone was so kind to us! Dena pierced my daughter's ears and had her think about pink sanded beaches with mermaids and unicorns while she pierced them. My daughter didn't even flinch! I was expecting a lot more than what was provided. Everyone was friendly but I believe they fell short in actually taking part in the experience for my infant daughter. I wanted to go to this place that's far from my home because they offered numbing cream and it seemed that they specialized in piercings. They applied numbing cream at the front door and then seated us in our room. We were in there for about 30 min. (When email stated the appt was only going to be 15 min long) My family and my daughter who was getting pierced(9 month old) were all feeling restless being cooped up in a small room. By the time piercer came in my daughter was over having to stay still and seated. We had also exhausted all the play toys (distractions) for her. So when it was finally time to pierce, she was super wiggly and not easily distracted. And to top it all off, the numbing cream didn't even work... so I feel like I should've just gone somewhere closer to home and not wasted the trip. Paid more for a subpar experience. Maybe it was my fault for expecting something better from a strictly piercing shop. I am going to give a truly honest opinion, both good and bad, of our recent experience here. First off, my daughter is 8 had she had her ears pierced when she was a baby at another location. She was in constant battle with her ears from the start and the skin was always very irritated. After about 4 years of us trying lot of different creams, we decided to remove the earrings and let her ears heal. It was determined that she was allergic to the type of metal in the earrings. Her ears healed great and her holes were still visible to the naked eye. My daughter decided that she wanted earrings again and I knew instantly that I didn't want to go back to the same place we got them done at, and that we wanted to avoid a piercing gun. I found LilyGrace from some friends reviews on FaceBook and thought they would be a great location. We booked a reservation for 2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. We showed up to the appointment about 2:10 and decided to wait inside. When we entered, there was a large group of about 6 people in total, a lady by herself and no workers present. We took a look at the small selection of earrings available and sat down. While we waited, we saw a family with 2 young kids pay and leave. The worker helping them then went into another room with another family. Another family walked in shortly afterwards. The worker came back to the desk and asked if we had a reservation and took our names. She then asked if we had picked out earrings. My daughter chose her earrings and we waited. The large family that was already there was waiting and had already been helped before we arrived. No one spoke to the lady by herself. And the family that came in after us had an appointment time for the same time as us. The worker went to the large party and applied numbing cream as requested. She then approached us and I informed her about our previous experience with earrings and she assured me that no one has ever had a reaction to their earrings, but that we would know within 5-10 minutes of the piercing if there was going to be a reaction. She grabbed a flashlight and looked at the holes, starting with my daughter's left ear. She said that her holes were still open but just clogged with oils. So it wouldn't need to be numbed and would be really quick and easy. The worker then told us what we would be expected to pay before any work was done. This was nice, but man this was not cheap either. After a few more minutes of waiting, the worker took the large family back to their room and then came for us. She informed us that she was working alone and she was sorry for the delay. We waited for quite awhile in our room before anyone came to check on us. To our surprise, it was a new worker. She was so nice and took her time to visit with my daughter. She took a look at my daughter's ears and immediately told me that her left ear was actually closed and that the right ear was open, but in a poor location. We decided the best course of action was to re-pierce the left ear in the same spot and to pierce the right in a better location. She put numbing cream on her ears and told us we had to wait 25 minutes. This was after having to wait for quite awhile before this, but she assured my daughter that the numbing cream would keep it from hurting as much as possible. Very shortly after she left, the first worker came in and said she was sorry and was about to get started. I told her about the new worker coming in and saying that we needed re-pierced and put the cream on. She left the room to check the timer. When the 25 minutes was up, the first worker came back into the room. She never really visited with my daughter and was just kinda all business. She took the cream off and looked at the ears. She told me that she didn't get a good look initially and that's why she didn't notice they were actually closed. Mind you, when she first looked at her ears, she started with the left one (which was actually closed) and now, she was telling me this while looking at the right ear (which was open but in a poor location). I understand that it's not always easy to tell, but excuses were not needed. She marked my daughter's ears and then got started. Instead of being super patient with my daughter, she just kept telling her to sit still and not be so tense. My daughter screamed and cried with the first ear (the piercing in a new location). I'm honestly shocked she made it through the second ear. My daughter said it hurt so bad and she didn't even want to get her picture taken when she was done. The worker asked if my daughter could have a sucker and I said yes. She told me she would have it ready for us when we came to pay. We went up to the front to pay, all the while my daughter was still crying. She never got the sucker. Our experience took 2 hours in total. It was not the experience I was thinking it would be, but the earrings do look nice. read more
