Had it not been for your reviews I never would have called. He's absolutely wonderful. He is a kind person, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had showers that were leaking, kitchen faucets that needed changing out bathtub faucets that were leaking and a few other odds and ends. Ed showed up - got everything done. My tenants love him. One of the ceiling fans was wobbly. I called and asked if they could come out and check it because it should be under warranty as it's been less than two months. The lady on the phone was polite and professional scheduled me quickly for a couple of days later this week. They had an opening today the same day I called and were able to get someone out and take care of it. The electrician and his apprentice also polite and professional. My fan does not wobble. I don't hold the wobble against them because it could happen to anyone they owned up to it and took care of it. If we need an electrician again, Above and Beyond it the top of my list. Very happy with the service 100% recommend them.

Drywall - Our most called on service is drywall repairs. The process in which drywall is repaired isn't a fast solution and takes time. If a customer has a hole they need patched or a section of drywall depending on the size it can take up to 3 trips to have drywall repaired to blend in with the rest of the wall when paint is applied. Tony went above and beyond in getting the wiring to a better place and crawled under the house to do so. Something I would never even try to do in a hundred years. He nailed it and saved having to use a bunch more conduit than was expected. I appreciate his thinking out of the box and trying something that was a pain but added to the look of the job.
