So I went to find who else was out there and I'm glad I did. I called at 3:30pm and was startled to reach Mr. Jeff Dupuis immediately and directly. He gave me a quote that was substantially cheaper, and told me he could be at my house the next day. It only took him an hour to replace my fan (the competition said it would be at least 1.5 hours, and that was with TWO people.) He was quick, professional, affordable, and I can't praise him enough.
