Times 2 because I have really severe allergies and have to use hypo allergenic, fragrance free products. She got us an appointment within two hours and fully informed our technician of my situation. Joelle had all the products out and waiting so I could read labels and we could decide the best way to proceed. The service itself was quick and thorough and the whole time Joelle was explaining how to clean brushes, pillowcases, stuffies, etc, I felt so much better after the appointment. None of it was as catastrophic as I'd imagined. We went back 10 days later for a recheck and were all lice free. I can't say enough good things about Jo. She also has allergies, so she really understands how to work with a client with allergies on top of just really knowing what she's talking about and being good at her job. I will say, my kid told me her head itched and I checked her and didn't see anything for several days--until I did. Since it was my daughter's third time getting lice I felt it was time to hire someone to come in…read moreand help us. She came on a Sunday and was really knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I thought she would go through every inch of my daughter's head to make sure all lice and nuts were gone. She used a specialized foam and comb to comb (of which I had to buy and totally over priced) through my daughter's hair but that was it. She claimed my daughter's head was clean. She showed me what she was getting on a paper towel, so I believed her. After she left we truly inspected every little section of my daughter's head and still found at least 10 nits. So clearly after all that money ($240) my daughter was still with nits which could hatch and grow laying more nits! Now granted maybe she wouldn't get them all but to find 10 was a lot! I sent her a picture of what we found and she never bothered to text me back or offer any further guidance. So save your money or go with someone else!
