I freaked out (naturally) and was able to get a same day appointment with Heavenly. She was absolutely amazing and so patient and understanding. I did the package A, which gave me "maintenance days" to continue treatment at home for the entire family, it also included shampoo for after care and oil removal. I had multiple questions for the after care and they continued to quickly respond and walk me through each process as needed. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who is having issues with head lice. We did purchase an additional lice repellant spray (because I'm crazy) as well as the conditioner as that wasn't included. I absolutely love that they use natural ingredients and no harsh chemicals, as my entire family is very sensitive to chemicals and have very sensitive skin. If you're on the fence, don't be, they know their stuff, and I will 100% recommend them to anyone with this issue.
