They were very responsive and provided a quote in less than 24 hours. I was impressed with how quickly they got back to me and give 5 stars!

He didn't return for weeks and on August 31st emailed me that a job he was presently on took two days instead of one, and he would be back next week but didn't know what day yet. I later found out that although his phone number was for a local address but the actual company was in another county. Since I never got a contract to sign, I told him that I no longer wanted him to do the work. I cannot say enough about Eastern Chadrow. I checked out their reviews and saw that they were only a few miles from my house. From the first time I called I was pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the people in this company. Every question was answered clearly and the survey process, costs, and paperwork I would receive was also explained. Any phone calls were returned quickly. You didn't have to go through several office staff to speak to the person you were calling. The surveyors were professional and pleasant to speak with. When they were done I was shown every marker that was uncovered as well as all of the stakes that had been put in. Everything was done in less than a month, including my paperwork. I was also called after I received my certification to see if I had any questions. I would recommend that you call this company first. It will save you time and aggravation.

I contacted 4 property surveyors and only 2 replied. On our property deed document we discovered Eastern Chadrow Associates had surveyed the property back in 2007-08, a few years before our house was built. We chose Eastern Chadrow for their highly competitive estimate and how responsive and helpful they were. The entire process from initial contact to the billing process and mailing me the certified boundary document was smooth. I highly recommend Eastern Chadrow Associates for property surveying.

I would give them zero stars if possible. Went to an open house yesterday that was supposed to be…read morefrom 1-4. We arrived at 3:30 since we had been looking at some other houses as well. The realtor had just left and turned around and said that he closed early due to the rain. Um, what rain?? It hadn't even begun to rain. So I said that it wasn't even raining. His next comment was "well you waited until the last minute". Excuse me? Last minute? There was still half an hour left. Last minute would have been 3:50. So he asked if he wanted to see the house and I told my boyfriend to forget it, the realtor is obviously not interested in selling and we are bothering him so let's go. He then said that he would show us the house, told him to forget it since we are obviously bothering him and he doesn't seem interested. He said fine and drove off. Realtor is Michael Satchell. Called his boss today and explained what happened. She said she would call me back and speak with him. She did call back and Micheal told her that he spoke to the homeowners who told him that if it started to rain he could close early and that he offered to show us the house but we declined. Again, I explained that it WASN'T raining yet and that we declined to see the house because he acted as if he was being bothered. She also told me that he was just getting over the flu. Well 1- he could have explained that, we would have understood, 2- if that was the case, he should have cancelled the open house or find another realtor to do it. He was completely unprofessional. I would have been more understanding if you said you weren't feeling well then huffing and puffing cause we showed up at 3:30 and you wanted to leave. She offered to have someone different show us the house, but why would I want to do business with you? I have told a few people about what happened and when I tell them what the agency is, they all tell me to stay away from Weichert. Now I see why. I can't speak for all of Weichert, but I would definitely stay away from this realtor in particular, he's a liar as to what he told his boss so who knows what else he will tell potential buyers/sellers

Donna Warters is aggressive, professional and pushy but this women will get your house sold. We…read moreinterviewed other agents and based on what they said, I was discouraged and started thinking about walking away from the mortgage. I told them how much I needed to pay off the mortgage. They all suggested a starting list price that was lower than I could've taken even if I wanted to. They were very nice, with many compliments but told me my house would never appraise for what I was asking (and buyers wouldn't be approved for mortgages that high). Then I met Donna. She was blunt and maybe a bit intimidating. She said my location was great, the kitchen/dining area was "special" and the main selling point she'd highlight. When I said I was worried about it appraising for what I needed to get for it, she confidently said something like "you never know what will happen, people have a lot of cash to put down on houses these days, so the appraisal may not mean as much as you think. I can sell this house." I felt she believed what she said. I decided to completely trust her. She made me (mostly) stop worrying and got my focus on getting the house sold. She even advised a higher listing price than I asked for. Donna was bossy from the moment I signed with her, about getting me to do certain things before she listed it. She was right about the urgency of every task, such as getting my basement cleaned out NOW, a railing for the stairs, and a few inexpensive tweaks here and there like curtain changes for lighting. I felt like a train wreck and wondered why she pushed me so hard to get everything done yesterday. i found out why fast. The day of my open house, the house was beautifully staged, much because of her suggestions. I got multiple offers that same day and a bidding war the next day. My house was SOLD under contract just 3 days after she listed it! She suggested which offer had the best chance for closing and told me why, and it wasn't the one I thought best. I trusted her and wow, she is a great negotiator. We got a bit more than the listed price, and the sale closed in 6 weeks. She was constantly communicative and involved during the entire process. She has an assistant who is very reassuring and professional too. Donna is savvy, and I am glad I let her guide the process. She doesn't get your listing for the commission and then disappear. She works for and earns every dollar. Go team Donna and many many thanks.
