It was unprofessional for them not to own up to their own faults and shortcomings. DO NOT let them wash your car unless you plan on getting a new paint job. I also find it hilarious that they have scratch removal listed as a service when they completely stripped off the clear coat on my roof and scratched my hood and trunk to pieces and refuse to do anything about it. It's a shame. Poor ethics, poor business choices, and poor character will drive a business into the ground. Is it really that hard to do the right thing? Apparently so.
