Best estimate system I've ever seen. Work was done at 60% of the cost if I had taken it to a dealer. Highly recommend them.

I broke down traveling from MT to PA. I was towed to Steve & Stacy's Servicecenter on 4/27/2026…read more They were kind and fit me into their shop. On 4/28/2026 they called to tell me that I had a major exhaust leak and were outsourcing the repair to Quality Exhaust. The repair was complete and I was on my way that afternoon. It is now 6/12/2026, the weld that Quality Exhaust did on my suburban has failed and is back in a repair shop having the weld redone correctly. I called Steve & Stacy's and they basically just said sorry. I feel that because it is unreasonable for me to return to their shop to have the repair fixed, I should be offered a refund. they did give me the name and information for Quality Exhaust but thats all they had to offer me. Quality Exhaust was terrible to me when I called. I would not say that Steve & Stacy's are at fault for the weld failing however I made my payment to them, they should provide the refund and deal with the terrible owner at Quality Exhaust themselves.

Wouldn't take a look( a this was weeks ago), so, I still have found a garage that help me. I ask many mechanics in garages to perform this task but they refuse,so, my question is-- it it Lock up/ stop working, do they think I will sue them?? No, I won't sue. I need a garage that has,"Hit flush machine," will flushes All debris and old fluids; does any know where this service can be found in Kanawha county/ Charleston,WV area?? Or inexpensive conditioned transmission and a shop that will install it. I'm senior on fixed income! They need to discuss problems with customers before making appointments. They give no service!

Do NOT take your car here to get a sticker, this entire ordeal has cost me thousands & I still…read morecannot get my sticker. I took my car there Friday to get the sticker and was failed for every single little thing possible. Some of the things included tires and bulbs so I let them put in the bulbs. When I got home I noticed the right side low beam wasn't working at all and worked perfectly before. So I take it back in today and Travis tells me well we only changed the right side low beam you'll have to wait and we'll look at it. Which is the exact thing no longer working so then I'm told "I'm not sure it may be the switch". So I take it to Monroe's and they tell me it's not the switch it's the wiring and they'll take a better look tomorrow but now I will not be able to get my sticker, even after spending 2 grand. Thankfully Monroe's is replacing all 4 ball joints that Britt tires failed me on for the sticker, considering as something so simple as a bulb went wrong. Not only that but Travis insisted on ordering me the cheapest tires, master tracks. A very very nice employee named brad suggested better tires for the same price and Travis scolded him right in-front of me saying no I said to just order her the master tracks. We both were in shock the way Travis acted about it and I said well someone is miserable... So miserable that I'm questioning the inspection and most of all I'm wondering why I couldn't get help fixing the issue he created. Instead he chose to be rude to me a third time, costed me thousands and made it to where I still cannot get a sticker. Don't go here you will regret it.

This is my story. I went to Brit Tire this past Wednesday at the suggestion of a dear friend. I was…read morementally exhausted from the delays and sub-par work at the dealership (which used to be awesome). Plus, I don't have to go there anymore in-as-much as my car is no longer under factory warranty. Anyway, my beloved Karlie (Kia Optima) was rattling, shaking and making weird noises. Travis, and his team at Brit, were genuinely kind, patient to explain and answered all of my questions. I was totally comfortable leaving my car with them. Later in the day Travis called and explained what needed done and how much it was going to cost. I was aware that it needed several repairs, therefore I knew it was going to cost a bit. My instincts told me that I could trust him 100%, so I had no qualms paying a fair price for, what I just knew, was going to be quality work. And I was not disappointed. When I collected my car and drove away, I almost cried for joy. She rides beautifully...I am so very happy!!! I've just been driving around town for no reason other than the pure joy of driving. LOL Brit Tire has a new customer. S.G. 5.10.2024
