TLDR: These guys are awesome! If you live in the area or are just passing through, there is no better place to get your glass fixed. Whole story: I drive a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. I bought it used and noticed after getting it washed a couple times that there was water leaking into the back of the cab. I called the local dealership and they said there is a recall on some of the 2020 Tacomas because water gets in through the bed light assembly. After looking at my truck the dealership determined that it was not an issue with the light, it was an issue with the glass and so I needed to take it to a glass shop. Glass Tek replaced my back glass per the recommendation of the dealership. Only here comes the bad news... water was still getting into my truck. I took it back to Glass Tek and they helped me identify that the leak was not from the window, but from a weld seam in the roof of the truck. Even though it was not their responsibility, they sealed the weld joint for me inside and out of the truck, and did it free of charge! These guy are by far the best in the windshield business. I had tech from safelite fix a chip in my windshield from a rock and they did the worst job ever. A few days later my whole windshield was cracked. I called Glass Tek to see if they could do a new windshield for my car but I had to work then drive back home up North that day. They were so nice, came to my work picked up my vehicle and replaced my windshield and brought my car back to my work. Their customer service is top notch. I don't know the owners name but he is the nicest guy and so is the guy that came and got my car. I will be doing business with them from now on. Safelite has nothing on these guys. My husband and I were returning home to California from Wyoming. A passing vehicle had thrown a rock that chipped my windshield. We stopped in St. George for the night. The next morning, it was already quite warm and the temperature was climbing. I was worried the chip would run across the windshield. I looked up windshield repair and found Glass Tek. Professional. Honest. Fast. Very impressed with this company!! We took our SUV to get rock chips in windshield repaired. Glass Tek explained the spots we showed them were just pits and did not need repair. But he showed us an actual chip on the edge of the windshield that did need to be fixed. Super simple, great value with price options, and very quick. I went online to their website, and received a quote. The day before my appointment they sent me a reminder text. I arrived at the location and the work began. Took about 40 minutes. The office has two comfortable couches while you wait. Awesome job by Glass Tek! I drove an hour up north and my windshield was smacked by a rock from a truck and it spread to be 2' long overnight. I called, they gave me a great price over the phone and I was able to make an appointment for two days later. We were traveling cross country and stopped at Glass Tek in St George for a rock chip. I also had my splash shield under my truck hanging down at one corner. The guys did a great job on the chip but also loaned me some tools and gave me a bolt/nut so that I could repair my splash shield right in their shop.
