My windshield was replaced this at this Safelight location this morning in St George, Utah. I can't say enough how professional and efficient this crew is! Jessica greeted me with a big smile, and it was a great start to my experience. I was texted by my tech Wayne, updating me about the progress on my vehicle. Then I received an actual phone call from Wayne, letting me know that he had completed the work on my vehicle. I have never had such good customer service when dealing with cars! I almost forgot to mention how clean the shop was. The restroom was very clean which I never expected in a Car Repair Shop! The appointment was fantastic and Jessica and Wayne made it Soo easy for me. I can't recommend Safelight in St George enough. The only thing missing was the Red Carpet! Absolutely hate that you cannot contact this business directly when you call the local phone number or the 800 number you get a robot. I actually had to go into the place of business to get an appointment for my car replacement windshield. I ended up getting my windshield replaced on my vehicle, and the service was good and the people there were friendly. However, because you cannot get a hold of them directly on the phone, I would do business elsewhere in the future. read more

Great, mobile service very detailed and accommodating. My only issue with them would be that you cannot contact them locally without going through their 800 number when you have a simple question it takes you through the automated which is a pain. Service wise they do great work. read more

My front windshield had a small chip in it and I was putting off getting it fixed for about 6 months. Then it got a second chip so I decided that it was about time I got the windshield fixed. I made an appointment on-line. I took it in at the arranged time, and within the hour they had both chips fixed. They did an excellent job. I could not find where the chips had been. They were friendly, courteous and did an excellent job. read more

My husbands truck had a window that would no longer roll up. He made an appointment to bring it in and have them fix the regulator, which is exactly what they did. They were really nice and polite and pleasant to work with. The only problem is that while they were able to get the window up, we still can't roll it down or it will get stuck there again. We ended up paying a few hundred dollars just to be back in the same position as before. We have gone through safelight to get cracks and chips repaired in the past and that's definitely their forte. No complaints- they are wonderful at repairing glass. However if you're having an electrical problem, I would suggest going somewhere who specializes in electrical work and can be more thorough in their initial diagnostic. Long story short: We asked them to fix the regulator of the door that wasn't rolling up. They fixed it. We paid for the service asked for. The service needed wasn't necessarily the service we had requested. It's on us for not doing more research. In the future, we will be taking any electrical window issues somewhere with better abilities to run diagnostics before the repair. Again, I can not reiterate enough how kind they were- my husband said that he could tell that the guy working on the car felt bad charging him full price for the repair because it still wasn't working. They are nice. As long as all you're getting done is a replacement or glass repair, you should be just fine. read more
