Probably a scam. Really weird experience I signed up for the $59 deal that is supposed to be worth $350. I've just have been trying some stuff to be healthier in general and was hoping to get a routine. I walk in and the lady there is really nice. She walks me back. Take some scans (there's a bit of trouble with the scanner) I sit under some red lights and chill for like 20 minutes, you get a foot cleanse where the water turns a color and tells you secrets about your health, and then they put you a vibration plate. The whole thing takes about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. The nice lady tells me to come back in a week to get my results. I come back for my results a week later I wait in the waiting room for about 30 minutes. A Guy takes me back and does the worst sales pitch I've ever heard. Asking me why I signed up for the $59 deal. If I even plan on continuing. I'm a little confused and I say that I was expecting to hear about my results and get a plan. He then says he doesn't have my results and that I should sign up for their $1200 plan so that I can get a plan. I get a little defensive and say I feel confused. I thought I was gonna get a plan today and he said normally I would but they didn't have any of my results. Obviously uncomfortable he offers a free redo on the scans. Promising I probably had results the first time he just couldn't prove it. Anyways, did not like the sales pitch would've appreciated if he just said "hey we don't have any results. Can we please do everything one more time and then see if you would like to continue?" Just right up front. I think that this deal is either too low or their prices are too high. I wouldn't pay $350 for the service that I got I wouldn't even pay $59 again. I would give this place one star for the scam vibes but the lady upfront is really nice. To anybody hoping to do this, I would say you could probably order all the stuff they use for $1200. The scanner was an Xbox connect! Like what is this? read more

I need to update my progress. I have completed the 90-day program and I will have to say that it was worth the cost and effort. Sometimes my effort was very difficult to find. It is very important to keep on the schedule. My balance is back to around 90% of normal. I am now able to get back to my outdoor hobby's. The pain problems are around 80% back to normal. The important part is that I now know what I need to do to keep that progress going in the right direction. read more

"We are committed to your satisfaction." Their words. So not true. Attended a free dinner and information on neuropathy. Wish I 'd never gone. After reading some of the other negative reviews I have to agree the Dr was determined to make me his patient. Tho his staff does all the work. I had very little interaction with him after my first meeting. Which was extensive and doing the test on me for neuropathy and balance and sciatic issues, showing me results on his computer.....it was determined I was running on fumes. Very convincing. I tried to back out after he quoted me a price of $15,000 for 3 months of treatment. That's an enormous amount of money and totally used up my savings. Now I'm really restricted in my spending and very mistrustful of professionals. The Dr has done a lot of research and has numbers and statistics to give us, but his primary care is to use his machines. A knee stretching machine for only 6 min. at a time. The back stretcher chair for about 10 min. And foot baths to remove toxins and the red light therapy--low laser wavelengths to blast fat. I noticed very little improvement in EVERY area and even the Stem Wave therapy --to target direct pain in my hip and leg was a disappointment for my sciatic pain. That treatment-12 times was $1500. He said that machine cost him $50,000. His assistants were top notch. I gave them all a 10+. They were very kind and understanding, and displayed empathy with every appt I went to. Dr Bradford did not. I broke the golden rule my husband had made because I didn't give this decision 24 hrs. I signed my money away that very day to save $1500. He pressured me and seemed very concerned about my health and well being --very confident he could help me tremendously and how I could help my body to heal at home. It all sounded so good and hopeful so I tried to improve my attitude and trusted him. Big mistake. My last appt was very quick and mostly him asking questions on how closely I followed the regimen. My balance had improved a little but not much else at all. Even after faithfully following all the steps at home, using his Anodyne system 90 min in the am and 90 min in the pm. And the blue conducting liquid is $110 /gal!!! so my spending will never be done. Came back to his office with all my tools, vitamins, wt loss powders and drops --all still intact and unopened and he said Nope. Once a product leaves his office, it's mine and if I backed out I'd still be charged full price for all the treatments he had outlined. And a lawyer would not help since I signed the paperwork. If only I'd stood up to him and walked out.....I would have gotten a lawyer anyway-or Get Gephardt. He clearly was not concerned for my well being at this point and was very condescending. I realized I had made a terrible mistake as I listened to him. So I've felt ashamed and depressed since I met him in July. I'm living with regret every day and really wishing I could have my money back. The icing on the cake-- I had lost my husband of 40 years to Covid just months before. I was grieving and maybe leaning on others and trusting too much--the professional people in my life....who should know better. I felt like he took advantage of my situation and I bet I could have won my case. My sons have been looking out for me and wonder how the Dr sleeps at night. They also suggested I run everything past them in the future. Good idea...since I'm learning to live a whole new life without my husband. I feel so naive sometimes. A very valuable lesson learned. I made a stupid mistake. Don't you! I have read many more negative reviews on on this young Dr. and I know we've made a mistake in trusting this man with our wellbeing. That is the one thing I know for certain. Now I have to keep on living and muck thru this regret I feel every day. Dr Bradford also called me obese. I am NOT and needed to lose 20 lbs.... So please be cautious and be careful and trust my experience. I could not wait for my 3 months to be over. My best friend is married to a chiropractor and went to the free dinner with me, but opted out right away, feeling NOT good about it, that it was a high pressure meeting to get us to sign up for that first inexpensive appt. She said her husband--a chiropractor for years---would Never treat anyone that way. Choose anyone else. He didn't even do any regular run of the mill adjustments on me. It was all machines operated by his assistants. So very different. I think he spends most of his time recruiting new patients and very in depth testing on the first appt. He is a wonderful salesman. I 'll give him that, but he is not my friend. I've learned a valuable lesson on trust and researching before I commit. Don't make the same mistake as me. RUN!! read more

Don't fall for the $20 "deal." Dr. Tyson Bradford came to my work's health/benefits fair. He was advertising a deal for an X-Ray appointment for $20. (My apologies for the long review; I'm just trying to give the details and be accurate) Office Discussion: I arrived to my appointment and everything seemed normal. The office was nice, the staff was nice, etc. I went back to meet with him and he started asking me questions about my health as I would expect him to. One of the questions he asked me was, "On a scale from 1 to 10, how much do you want to get your problem fixed without medication or surgery; with a 10 meaning you really want to?" (paraphrasing). I replied something like, "Well, a three because if medication or surgery is what will help me the best, then I don't want to avoid it." Then he argued with me that surgery isn't a viable option for neck issues. I told him my mother had two successful surgeries for her severe neck degenerative disc disease and he said that she must have just beaten the odds. Now I can't conclude whether or not his statistics on the success of neck surgery are correct; they could be. However, he did not handle the conversation professionally and talked to me as though I was stupid and he was the ONLY person on the planet telling me the truth. So the "conversation" (aka telling me everything I learned was wrong and he's the only answer) continued. He proceeded to tell me that for the next appointment (to go over the X-Rays) I would need to bring my husband... why?! Well "if he doesn't come, then he will be a barrier to your healing." Well my husband and I both work, so him coming wasn't going to happen. Also, he is already supportive and knows that if I need chiropractic care then we will pay for it. I told that to Dr. Bradford and he tried the whole "he'll be a barrier" trick on me a few more times. It didn't work. X-Rays: We then went to get the X-Rays completed. He instructed me to take off my bra (because of the underwire). So he closed the door and I did so. Then he came back to take the X-Rays and would line up the machine, run out, and click some buttons to take the X-Ray. Anyway, the X-Rays finished and he said I could put my bra back on. It was then that I realized there was a WINDOW in the room that could be viewed by the patients/anybody outside on the chiropractic tables (and yes, people were there). Albeit small, it was still a window. That would have been nice to notice (or be told about) before I took off my clothes. I would recommend any future X-Ray patients dress in the proper attire while in a room with privacy and no windows. X-Ray Discussion: I made an appointment to come back and see my X-Rays and to discuss the results (still part of the $20). He said my back was in REALLY bad shape and needed to be fixed as soon as possible. He said I had a really bad case of degenerative disk disease in my lower back. Not so! My X-Rays looked fairly good. And I know, I know, I'm not the doctor here, but I've seen X-Rays and am very familiar with what degenerative disk disease looks like (my mother had/has a severe case). There was PLENTY of space for the disks in my spine and nothing looked pinched (at least for the ones he claimed were the worst). (And I'm not claiming that I don't need chiropractic care; I'm just saying he highly exaggerated the results and severity.) After telling me that I needed to get immediate help, he started his salesman pitch. (Look up the 1-star Google Reviews for him that also talk about this, they're accurate!) He lines up three payment options and tries to get me to sign up right then and there. I said for thousands of dollars I would at least need to sleep on the decision before I jump into anything. He was very passive aggressive saying things like, "well, if you don't want to feel better and just get worse..." or "well, you have to decide what is more important to you; investing in your health, or saving a few bucks." He mentioned that I should just put the approximately $3k on my credit card and pay it off over the course of a year. He claimed to know my APR on the card and told me it was worth it. FINALLY after continually telling him that I couldn't afford that, wasn't about to put that much on my credit card, and would need to think about it, he said something like, "well if you want to feel better, I guarantee I can fix you. It will be a lot worse in three months, though. I'll show you out." Then he took me to the front, gave me a business card, and promptly turned and walked away (he was very grumpy). I do not recommend this chiropractor. Whether or not he's actually a good chiropractor is no longer a factor for me as he overshadowed that with his unprofessionalism, passive aggressiveness, and the fact that I felt like I was being pushed into a corner to pay him money. Good news is I got to take pictures of my X-Rays with my phone... so I guess that might be worth $20. read more

I came here for an emergency fix. I had kinked my neck and needed an adjustment just to hold me off until I could get into my chiropractor. I had been in there for a total of 2 hours and still hadn't been adjusted when the dr told me the only option I had to fix my problem would take an 8 week program that cost me 1,500 dollars. He proceeded to tell me he wouldn't adjust me unless I paid this amount until me and my husband firmly told him no several times he finally let me pay for just one adjustment. I will definitely not be going back to this place and wouldn't recommend anyone to go here unless they want a sales pitch instead of good care. read more
