I've just have been trying some stuff to be healthier in general and was hoping to get a routine. I walk in and the lady there is really nice. She walks me back. Take some scans (there's a bit of trouble with the scanner) I sit under some red lights and chill for like 20 minutes, you get a foot cleanse where the water turns a color and tells you secrets about your health, and then they put you a vibration plate. The whole thing takes about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. The nice lady tells me to come back in a week to get my results. I come back for my results a week later I wait in the waiting room for about 30 minutes. A Guy takes me back and does the worst sales pitch I've ever heard. Asking me why I signed up for the $59 deal. If I even plan on continuing. I'm a little confused and I say that I was expecting to hear about my results and get a plan. He then says he doesn't have my results and that I should sign up for their $1200 plan so that I can get a plan. I get a little defensive and say I feel confused. I thought I was gonna get a plan today and he said normally I would but they didn't have any of my results. Obviously uncomfortable he offers a free redo on the scans. Promising I probably had results the first time he just couldn't prove it. Anyways, did not like the sales pitch would've appreciated if he just said "hey we don't have any results. Can we please do everything one more time and then see if you would like to continue?" Just right up front. I think that this deal is either too low or their prices are too high. I wouldn't pay $350 for the service that I got I wouldn't even pay $59 again. I would give this place one star for the scam vibes but the lady upfront is really nice. It is very important to keep on the schedule. My balance is back to around 90% of normal. I am now able to get back to my outdoor hobby's. The pain problems are around 80% back to normal. I went from barely being able to hobble to enjoying a week of New Orleans Jazz Festival walking and standing all day in a matter of 2 adjustments and 4 days time. He saved my vacation, he knew exactly what was wrong and fixed me right up. I've been to see Ryan several times since and typically it is same day I throw my back out and he makes time for me between his existing appointments without a bad wait! I have been treated at other Chiropractic clinics, and they were a joke just like the VA Chiropractic clinic. This is no joke, but reality. The VA has turned down my authorization for care here, and alot of other VETS, because of their asinine ideas. I come here on my own now through my personal insurance as I know I get the care I need. The adjustments to my neck and back helps me make it through rough times. Combined with the deep tissue massage helps me dramaticlly. Dr Stromberg, Dr Amon & Dr Tolman have all adjusted me and it's hard to pick a favorite because I feel like they are very detail oriented in their care, I never feel rushed, & they don't let me leave until all my issues are addressed, SO THOROUGH! I also think every person in the staff is wonderful and so caring and kind up front and the girls in back listen to me whine and give me exercises and therapy for my aches and pains.
