When the worker arrived, he stated that he had only been told to clean the house and windows and would be there 4-5 hours. I contacted the owner to clarify the scope of work, and he acknowledged that additional items were included and said he would notify the worker. As the job progressed, I noticed areas of siding that appeared to be missed, soap residue left on the siding, dirt remaining on the exterior of the gutters, and debris and leaves left on our deck. When I pointed out some of these concerns, the worker was dismissive and walked away rather than discussing them. After approximately 40 minutes, the worker packed up and left before the job was completed. We were then left to clean soap residue, dirt, and debris ourselves. We left voicemails for the owner and took photos regarding what had happened but never received a return call or any follow-up. Our experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication, incomplete work, and lack of customer service afterward. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Ultra Clean.
