ZERO STARS They have got to be kidding. They wanted and/or quoted $500.00 to (re) till up a 10x14 area that was already partially tilled! I just about crapped my knickers when he told me the fee. He then tried to tell me that in order for it to be 'worth their while', to come out because it's spring time and it's busy, maybe I would have other work for them as well. I said I just needed tilling. I don't need a yard makeover. Seriously, how do they stay in business, when they are clearly not interested in doing any kind of business - even the smaller duties? I told him his quote was nuckin futs, because it absolutely was. Here's a news flash: They are in the kind of business where the spring, summer and most of fall is prime time. If they can't handle the demand, they shouldn't try to bend the customer over to pay more for their services. It's ridiculous and insane. I am not going to sell a precious kidney, or put a second mortgage on my home to get my garden tilled. I am not desperate, and they are NOT the only lawn care / landscaping place in town. ****************** My rebuttal to your rebuttal : It seems very clear that you only provide business to whoever you choose to based only on high dollar takes or customers. I absolutely have no problem telling the complete truth about my experiences and dealings, (excellent and poor), and I don't ever recall YOU being present at any one of them except for this unfortunate situation. I was looking for a worry-free lawn service. Previously, I had to worry about maintaining a fleet of lawn equipment for trimming, edging, blowing, mowing, with fuels for all and strings, filters, etc. After moving, I wanted to find someone reliable that can take care of the job with the respect for quality I admired. After asking around, I decided to try Precision. Here I am in the second season, and I couldn't be happier. I even recommended the service to my boss, who is equally pleased. One thing that I think is fantastic is that this company keeps you in the loop with delays due to rain, as well as checking if you even need a cut. Sometimes lawns don't need a weekly cut. Could be low water, early in the season, or maybe you just have a bunch of short broadleaf weeds (that was me early this season). They didn't just mow and auto-charge... they actually asked me. Really standup company, very good with customer service, and respectful of your property. I'm a fan! read more

Before you waste your time getting a quote, please know they haggle you to buy multiple lawn care services to utilize them. They do not tell you straight up during the initial call, they kind of just bring it up that they perform other services including fertilization. In my case, we were already locked into an annual agreement that we paid upfront with another company. When I responded back saying I would like to utilize their services, the rep said they cannot mow unless they do fertilization to ensure the quality of the grass and I told him that we were good there because we have reguaar fertilization scheduled already, so the quality is great. From there, they basically said that if we didn't utilize another service of theirs, they couldn't work with us, essentially turning away business. Which must be nice, considering the other companies in the Indy area whom are struggling to stay open. Their company line is no more than a bait and switch. AVOID if you are just looking for basic service, because they don't want not I guess, need your service. read more

We contracted to have the leaves removed from around our building and they got most of them - the ones that were easy to get, but let the ones around the AC units and a storage shed lay. I live in California depend this company for cutting my lawn and good customer service.l, including to reach out to a client who has been a loyal customer (over 8 years) especially when there is a problem. There are times that mail or phone calls do not get where they are supposed to get, really no ones fault, however, it does not mean they get to treat you so poorly. I called this morning to simply ask what happened and she, Cassy, the owners wife, went on the defense. I'm the one who will to pay $363.00 dollars as penalty, I did not get a notice or call. She said they did, and she may have, however I did not receive it. You would think that they would try a little harder when and credit card fails and does not go through, after all it's been 8 years. SHE should ask Is the client valuable? (After 8 years, I'm loyal) DID THE AGENCY LOSE MONEY? No, they did not mow so I got the $363.00 penalty. But the real question is: Should the owners wife, Cassie , who is on a power trip, yell at the client? Simply because I said I didn't get the notice. When I asked why is she yelling, she says " do you want the service or not and hangs up. Really? Heck No!!!!! I rather pay the penalty and look for someone else than be treated like I purposely did something wrong! No one should yell at clients, especially owners. Surprising, all the people whom I met or spoken to in Indiana, including CALEB, HAVE BEEN POLITE, even when there is a problem. Cassie needs an phone etiquette class. And by the way, in giving the benefit of the doubt that they did reach out. I'm sorry I couldn't put my trip out of the country on hold to take care of my father who died last month, but please yell at me. As your loyal client, you could have considered it could have been an oversight on my part, after all it's only 8 years of billing me. You should have tried harder to resolve the problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I pay a monthly fee of $140. We've had droughts in both Aug and Sept for which they cut my lawn once each month. Yet they still charged $140 for each month. Basically I've paid $280 to have my lawn cut twice. Caleb was not willing to negotiate on the bill. This is my 2nd and LAST year with them. read more
