I went in yesterday after not getting my haircut for a couple months (it was bad). I had no appointment so I arrived signed in and waited for Amelia to be done with her client (she was alone) for about 15 minutes. I sat down and she asked me what I wanted, I showed her a picture and she made sure to ask me if I was okay with the different lengths the picture showed before doing anything, which I LOVED! By the time she was done blow drying it (SHES AMAZING AT IT BTW) I was beyond happy!! She did an amazing job not just with the blow drying but with the whole haircut, it looks just like in the picture and I couldn't be happier to have stumbled upon Amelia! She also told me Andrea does amazing nails so I might have to make a nail appointment too Overall my experience was phenomenal and I will definitely be getting my haircut with Amelia every single time now! No matter which hair stylist you're with, service is always good and efficient. Sometimes they're very busy but I promise you it's worth the wait. I bring a client here and she loves it every time. I've had my hair done here once so far. I'm planning to make this spot my regular hair place. The hair stylist we work with the most is Amelia. She's very nice and great at her job. She mostly speaks Spanish but understands English well. Amelia wasn't there when I went on a Saturday afternoon so I was with Tina. Tina is very good too. She cut my hair and styled it the way I wanted it. The good thing is that they accept walk ins. Haircuts start at around $12 for men and children (give or take $). I believe my haircut, style and wash was $35. I thought that was reasonable. Color, wash and style is $65-75. They offer senior discounts. Would I come back to them for myself? Oh yeah, for sure! I hope Amelia can cut and style my hair next time. I wouldn't mind making an appointment with her. read more

Waste of $25.00. Wife went in there for her hair to be washed and trimmed. Hairdresser literally said about 2 sentences, took 10 minutes cut her hair, didn't wash, didn't even blow dry... Just sprayed it with a water bottle. left hair all over her and then said she was done. Didn't even brush her hair when she was finished. She came out looking like a damn wet dog. Garbage. Please read this story about Precision Salon on westwind. I want to share my experience at this establishment. (precision salon 7000 westwind) It deeply saddens me that this happened me and my children but we had the worst experience of my life here. Typically I never like to leave reviews let alone bad reviews but I feel like everyone needs to know about how my THREE year old daughter was mistreated!l I attempted to have two of my daughters get hair cut here. My oldest daughter went first and she has very long beautiful, wavy/ straight hair. She's 8 years old and brushed her hair out before we left for a haircut. The owner complained a great deal at how knotted my daughters hair was the entire time she was cutting her hair. When she finished I said okay it looks fine thank you, she had a basic one layer cut. So it was my three year olds turn who has ethic hair, beautiful head full of curly ringlets. I told the owner cheerfully that this was my daughters first time getting a haircut! She didn't smile back or didn't even fake being happy for her. She just said oh yea? Ok. No smile nothing. As soon as she took her pony tail out she was pissed and making comments about how she wasn't going to be able to brush her hair out. She started spraying it with water and brushing it out with the worst technique I've ever seen in my life. The comb she had was flimsy and it wasn't working to de tangle her hair. She did not attempt to put in any detangler or leave in conditioner. THE OWNER BEGAN RIPPING HER HAIR OUT IN CHUNKS!!!! She pulled chunks out of my daughters hair!!! Three years old. My daughter was excited to be there and wanted to have a good experience so she was trying to be tough but at a certain point she just broke down crying. That's when I told the owner I'm sorry I'm going to have u stop there ur making my daughter cry and this isn't even working out. I said you obviously you don't have the proper equipment to brush my daughters hair out. She said well it's till going to charge you for both haircuts because I spent a lot of time brushing out her hair! She didn't even finish brushing a quarter of her hair. I took a deep breath and calmly said I was only paying for one haircut because you only did one haircut, she wasn't able to finish the second haircut without making my three year old cry and ripping chunks of her hair out. She yelled at me in front of my three young children. She told me I was being recorded and she was going to report me. After I payed for my oldest daughters haircut we left and she recorded us walking out like we were doing something wrong. She intimidated us to the point where my children were terrified. What she did was borderline assault on a small child and I hope no one supports this establishment. I hope no one puts their children through a experience like this. I found another salon who charges the same amount of money, the owner is sooooo much nicer. Her salon is called Bella salon. Please take your business anywhere else. Please don't put your children through this mistreatment. read more

I have very long hair, and as such it is hard for me to find a salon that won't hack off all my hair (or at least one that won't take off more than the inch I usually specify). I went to precision cuts because I was in desperate need of evening my hair out, so when I went in I told (Alma, was her name I believe) just that. She cut just the right amount and my haircut is perfect. She took the time to actually part and section off my hair while cutting it. The trim came out to $12 plus tip. I usually go to high end salons but not any more for a haircut. I'll be seeing Alma from now on! read more
