They assessed the situation, even tried to fix the garage door opener that was already there. With no luck, I had to order a new one. They actually gave me a ballpark, unlike the other big companies. Very reasonably priced and they were happy to hook up the sensors I had on hand correctly as opposed to trying to sell me new ones.
